So enjoyable and so comfortable a pleasant time all round - The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Gerges Malak’s son he was so kind to me. Gerges arrived at my hotel with a car to take me to the airport and to my shock and delight the car was a limousine with the bold letters on the side VIP he sorted my luggage out and the driver went to the airport to arrange for a wheelchair for me and to take me inside of the airport. I was so sad to leave as I felt so welcomed and so cared for I really didn’t want to leave

Nice and patient service - I used their service to transfer me from the airport to my hotel in Luxor. There was a 1.5 hours delay to my flight but the driver patiently waited for me at the airport. When I met the driver, he was nice and smiley. He did not complain at all. He helped me with my luggage and promptly sent me to my hotel. He also briefly introduced the city and identified a few landmarks along the way. It was a satisfactory experience.

VIP Experience - Malak is incredible and outstanding! if you want the "VIP" experience then Malak is your man. His incredible attention to detail, incredible attention to ones needs and incredible hospitality makes his trips and transfers the best. I trust Malak more then anyone else in Luxor and I HIGHLY recommend him!
