Valley of the Kings - After breakfast, you’ll be picked up to start your unforgettable day by driving to the west bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs of the New Kingdom carved their tombs into the mountains to hide their treasures and protect their mummies.

Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Next, visit the mortuary temple of the famous Queen Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari. Discover her beautiful temple and learn about her intriguing story with her nephew.

Valley of the Artisans (Deir el-Medina) - Proceed to the Valley of the Artisans, where the workmen responsible for constructing the royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings lived during the 18th, 19th, and 20th Dynasties of the New Kingdom period (1550-1080 BCE). Explore the ruins of the village settlement, the Ptolemaic temple dedicated to the goddesses Hathor and Maat, and two of the finest decorated tombs of Sennedjem and Inherkau.

Tombs of the Nobles - Luxor - Then, move to the Valley of the Nobles, which houses the tombs of notable figures in Luxor, such as Ramose, Senniffer, Menna, and over 400 other Theban nobles. These tombs, nestled in the foothills opposite the Ramesseum, feature beautifully carved scenes.

Howard Carter House - Drive to the domed mud-brick house where Howard Carter lived during his search for Tutankhamun’s tomb. Surrounded by a garden on a barren slope above the road from Deir el Bahari to the Valley of the Kings, the house has been restored and decorated with pictures and tools from the excavations. An exact replica of Tutankhamun’s burial chamber has been constructed on the edge of the garden, along with an exhibition related to the discovery of the tomb.

Luxor - Finally, take a car tour around Luxor, starting from the local market, passing by the Sphinx Road from the outside, and exploring both the old and new parts of the town. Then, drive back to your hotel.

Luxor East Bank ( Karnak Temples and Luxor Temple )

Temple of Karnak - Our guide will pick you up from your hotel, and you’ll drive to see the largest temple ever built: Karnak Temple, constructed over 2,000 years and covering an area of about 63 acres. Take some memorable photos among its huge pillars and obelisks.

Luxor Temple - Next, you’ll be transferred to enjoy Luxor Temple on the East Bank of Luxor, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are exhibited. Then, return to the hotel.

Luxor Museum and Mummification Museum

Luxor Museum - Our guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile cruise, and you’ll be transferred to Luxor Museum, inaugurated in 1975. This two-story building displays grave goods from the tomb of the 18th Dynasty Pharaoh Tutankhamun (KV 62) and a collection of 26 New Kingdom statues found buried in the Luxor Temple cache in 1989. The mummies of two pharaohs, Ahmose and Ramses I, are also on display.

Mummification Museum - Then, visit the Mummification Museum, which provides a comprehensive view of the entire mummification process through the display of many tools, objects, and equipment used in the process. The museum also explains the ritual and religious significance of the practice. Canopic jars, elaborately decorated coffins, mummified remains, amulets, and statues of deities are among the many objects on display.
