Temple of Karnak - Start your day with breakfast at your hotel, then join your private tour guide and travel in a private air-conditioned vehicle to visit: Valley of the Kings:
This is the final resting place for Egypt’s rulers from the 18th to 20th dynasties, including the tombs of the great pharaoh Ramses II and the young pharaoh Tutankhamen. The tombs were filled with all the goods a ruler might need in the afterlife, and much of the decoration inside remains well preserved.
Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari - Hatshepsut Temple:
This is one of the most beautiful and best-preserved temples of Ancient Egypt. The temple is built on three levels with two wide ramps in the center connecting the levels.
Colossi of Memnon - These two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III are all that remain of a once complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite sandstone that were originally in Cairo and then transported 700 KM to Luxor. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant with a view of the Nile before we drive you back to your hotel in Luxor.
