Good value for money! - We got picked up from our hotel around an hour and a half earlier, then transported to the West Bank via motor boat, then another short 5 minute transfer by bus to the balloon departure area and our balloon was waiting for us inflated and ready to go. The air time was around 45 minutes, the sunrise was great and the landing was perfect. We were then transported back to the hotel by bus. Total time taken was around 3 hours. Professional cameras are not allowed, although this information was not published anywhere beforehand. Action cameras and phones are OK to use.

Try Legacy Tour! Highly Recommend It! - The Legacy tour did this experience for us on Christmas Day very memorable and enjoyable. Everything went very well as they contacted and explained us the day before. They picked up us on time and we enjoyed the sunrise view over the West Bank Luxor. They took the great photos and videos of us, and shared them with us.

I still made my flight - I do not recommend this company that tries to manipulate me by saying that if he does not find my accommodation, I was not going to do the activity when it was clear and precise. Thanks to my host for calling for me that morning, a driver picked me up when it was not my driver. What communication this company has with their drivers.

Underwhelming - Rising at the crack of dawn. 3 hr trip. The majority spent being ushered/herded onto/off small boat and minibus. Camera crew encouraged joviality for added cost photo package. 30 minutes balloon ride was adequate but not particularly thrilling/exhilarating. This seems to me to mostly to be a photo opportunity impressive views but not particularly enjoyable experience.

Think twice before you book through Viator as they fail to deliver the experience you pay for and refuse to compensate - Having booked a Hot Air balloon ride to celebrate our 52yrs of marriage on our first full day in Luxor pick up from our hotel breakfast would be included !! A hot air balloon ride 45-60 mins we would fly over the Valley of the kings and the nile river $190 USD (£146:96 ) and receive a certificate for flying
We were very disappointed there was no breakfast the Balloon didn't go very high approx 35mins in the air where as other balloons went much high and further away whereas our balloon stayed very close to where we took off .when we landed we were told to get back in the van other people who travelled withus went else where on speaking to those other people that had only paid £24:00 each yet they received exactly what we did however there expectation was just for a balloon ride different from ours which showed in the prices charged .
Along with ourselves who had paid a much higher price
There was an American gentleman who had paid $109USD for a for a 10hr trip but they wanted an extra $20USD from him after he'd already paid just like us he was taken back to his hotel
I tried to get intouch with the company VIator without success so I sent an email to Booking .com who we booked the trip with
And Viator said that no compensation would be given
We were well and truely ripped off £146:96 paid that others paid £24:00

Catastrophic - To banish, we were warned the day before for the next day, of the cancellation of our balloon climb booked a long time ago, so we can make a cross on one of our dreams! Excuse me, phony, no more trade at all professional! Please, chart your course...

Scam and lie... - Scam, this company is absolutely unreliable, it cancels my balloon flight the night before (birthday gift for my daughter’s 18th birthday, huge disappointment) With false arguments, too much wind you will go to the third flight! I consult the wind forecast and no wind is announced........
I booked and paid this company for a sunrise several weeks ago, I took care to communicate and at their request I sent a copy of my passport, voucher and location.
If you want to make a balloon flight, there are more serious companies I think.

Dont book these frauds - I had booked for sunrise 4:30am slot for my family and paid extra for it but the activity provided cheated and gave us second slot post sunrise even after questiong they stopped responding. Our entire trip and experience was spoiled due to them and they charged us so much
