Best Egyptian history tour from Luxor towards Aswan - This was the second day of our tour with Ahmed. Great. The first day was a tour of Luxsor, and after the second day we wanted to go to Aswan and Abu Sinbel, so we had a one-way tour towards Aswan where we would be taken to our hotel. (I'm sure it's a tour until I get back to Luxor, but it's been a great help to have this area adjusted nicely.) It's a lovely tour, just like day one. History knowledge and explanations in plain English are essential to travel, but Ahmed is of course perfect for that too!! We started early in the morning (6am-7pm) as it takes a long time to get from Luxsor towards Aswan, but they were very accommodating and prepared tea and snacks along the way. Also, there were times when I needed some cash (pounds), but I couldn't get money out of an ATM well. Ahmed paid for it for me, and it was amazing how he did exactly what he said on the first day: "I will do my best to make it the best trip I can." In the end, they looked into the hotel I would be staying at in Aswan and linked up with the hotel to pick me up and drop me off at a nearby dock. Of course, they also checked the price so there was no such thing as a purse snatch. (That dock cost £10.) I have a lifetime of memories of you supporting me on this wonderful journey right up to the end. Thank you.

とても充実したツアーでした! Exciting tour with good guide! The tour guide and owner, Ahmed, was a nice guy, and he gave me a very thorough and interesting explanation of the sights as I travelled from Luxor to Aswan. Basically, if you're going to travel up the Nile on a sightseeing trip in Egypt, you'll probably choose between a Nile cruise, a plane, or a train for the best value, but if you have a day to spare, I recommend the sightseeing tour from Luxor to Aswan!

Efficient and recommended plan to see the highlights on the move Also helpful is the guide who is recommended for solo travel - I took a tour to see three temples and the Aswan High Dam while traveling from Luxor to Aswan in one day. I think it is a very efficient and good plan for those who want to see the highlights between Luxor and Aswan even if they can't get a cruise ship date. As other people have said, Ahmed Emam was a very kind and attentive guide. They lectured me on each site in easy-to-understand English and made free time to take pictures after the explanation, which made the tour comfortable even for me traveling alone.

An unforgettable and comfortable journey - I went with the driver and our guide Ahmed Eman . The same person had shown us the day before, but we left at 6am and drove about two hours to Edfu. Compared to the temples in Luxor, it is much less crowded and I feel we had a special time. Further down to Kom Ombo. On the way we had a great time talking about Egypt with our guide. However, they kept a reasonable distance between us, which was very comfortable. They divided their time between explaining and taking pictures, so I really enjoyed it. The purpose of our trip was to visit the ruins, so we cancelled the high dam and had the opportunity to ride the Farooqa in Aswan. This kind of flexibility is also a good thing about private tours. It was also reliable that the guides understood the purpose of our trip. After that, they also told us what to recommend for dinner, which is delicious again! It felt the best in Egypt 😍 I’m not flattering, I’m looking forward to seeing the guide again! Thank you for the wonderful time 🙇

A great road trip from Luxor to Aswan - For those who want to save time and be away from the crowds, this land tour of the sites between Luxor and Aswan is a great option. Both the driver and guide were great road trip companions, super respectful, and bonus, no side trips to those factories where they push you to buy whatever it is they are selling. Going by land was much better than taking a 3-4 night nile cruise especially since you can see it all in just 1 day with plenty of time at each site and not be at the mercy of group tours. I loved all the sites and really appreciate how hospitable both the driver and the guide were--they even bought me Egyptian snacks to experience. I would go again with them the next time I'm back!

The perfect and most unique experience - We have booked this tour because we found it really unique. It allowed us to travel from Luxor to Aswan and at the same time visit temples that are usually only visited by cruise tourists (Edfu and Kom Ombo). Edfu was deffinitely our favourite and our guide Ahmed's deep knowledge made us learn and enjoy the beauty and history of the temples much more. Regarding Aswan, Philae temple is deffinitely unique and beautiful and the boat journey is also very enjoyable. Finnally I think it is worth metioning that after Aswan me and my girlfriend planned to go to Cairo, and so we bought a Sleeper Train ticket. However we bought it online for the wrong day. Our Guide Ahmed and our driver, after such a busy day and still having to return to Luxor, offered imediatelly to go with us to the train station and help us solve the issue by speaking to the train company in person. We only have positive things, and we are very greateful we have found such kind persons to show us some of the best Egypt has to offer. A big thank you from Portugal and see you soon.
