Lovely afternoon in Lucca - Lucca is lovely, and our guide was lovely as well! We saw so many things and learned a lot about the history of the town! The churches and walls were the most amazing!

Not Worth It - While our guide was professional and polite, this tour was a shadow of other private tours we have taken in other cities. Usually on a private tour you have an enthusiastic and friendly guide who is excited to share information both historical and cultural. Our guide was very exact on the historical elements of the tour and covered the main things you need to see in Lucca but we could have easily read this information ourselves. We didn't feel like we had the "extra" experience you tend to have with a private tour and came away feeling that we would not recommend it to a friend. It would have been more fun to have an audio guide and walk it ourselves. Our guide did not seem to like her job very much which is a little unfortunate.
