Not to be missed! - We loved our tour of the dairy. It is great that they support the local
Communities, educational programs and the animals are so well cared for, it’s a sustainable and ethical operation.
Our tour was educational ans completely interactive. We got to feed pigs, rabbits and water buffalo. Gave belly rubs to black pigs and fed buffalo calves. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough. We ALL loved it!

Not to Miss near Luang Prabang - My wife and I did Tour #4 of the Buffalo Dairy just outside Luang Prabang. This was one of the highlights of our Laos trip. We learned much about the operation, from beginning to the present, as well as the involvement in the local community, as it strives to educate both farmers and children in everything from raising buffalo to nutrition. Part of our tour included participating in a class to teach local children English, a delicious lunch with cheeses made from Buffalo milk, preparing snacks for the kids, and tasting the buffalo ice cream. We loved every minute of it! For transportation, we hired a driver for the day who I also recommend, Mr. Vong who can be reached on WhatsApp (020 5547 1966). He speaks English so u can text him for a very reasonable price.

Great afternoon out with our daughter.. - We loved what this place was about, ethical, educational, fun, supporting local people
Families and farmers.
The animals are so well cared for..
We stopped by this place with our 4 year old in the afternoon and was the highlight of our day, to meet the people that started this venture and are personally taking tours, learning about how they begun and how the learnt along the way was truly admirable..
We need to see more of this around the world..
Take the tour get a chance to milk a buffalo, (something I didn't think I'd hear myself say) meet the rabbits goats and pigs.. and sample the produce..

Fantastic activity for all ages! - All four of us had the best time!
You can milk the buffalo, brush and feed them, you can also give the baby buffalo milk out of the bottle!
We also fed and stroked all the pigs, rabbits and goats.
After we sat in the cafe and tried the buffalo ice cream which was delicious!!

Well worth visiting. - Such a great experience & the guy that showed us round was very knowledgeable. They also had rabbits, pigs & goats & they were so well looked after & kept so clean. You get to milk a buffalo & brush & stroke them & even give the pigs a belly rub. It was so lovely & well worth a visit.

Fun activity for all - Not just buffalo, they also breed pigs, goats and rabbits. Opportunity to feed and milk the buffalo, whilst learning about how they're farmed here. Good for families

Absolutely magic place and activities - This place is so special and how animals should be treated (unlike the elephant place down the road which still has chains on their legs and baskets on top of the elephants for people to ride on them.). Buffalo dairy farm lets you interact with the animals, understand their mission to be sustainable and share their knowledge with locals and it is all done in a wholesome way. I loved feeding the pigs/rabbits/buffalo, milking the buffalo, giving the baby buffalo their nails and grooming Lana the most adorable 700kg buffalo. Sharon was a top guide - she loved it so much she returned to volunteer for one month. This was absolutely top of the Siem Reap list.
