Well worth a visit! This is not a zoo! - We really enjoyed looking for the crocodiles. Our guide was very knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to see 4 crocodiles--2 babies and 2 adults, one of which climbed onto the riverbank and consumed a fish that it had just caught. We felt privileged to see them in their natural habitat.

An hour very well spent. - An excellent hour on the river. Mark was incredibly informative and able to add a lot of additional context. Saw a couple of the females, a baby, and scarface, the large male. Lovely to be on a smaller boat so close to the water too. Thoroughly recommended.

Daintree Crocodile Cruise - Great experience and knowledgeable host! We spent an hour on the river and spotted 5 crocs - thanks to our boat captain who knew exactly where to look!

An Unforgettable Tour - I highly recommend this tour! Our guide Mark was informative and made the trip so enjoyable. He pointed out small crocodiles basking in the sun, which my phone could not focus on to take a picture. We were fortunate enough to see “big Nick” who swam beside us and Scar face, the oldest crocodile gave a brief appearance. It was obvious the crocodiles didn’t particularly like the bigger boats and with ours, we were able to get closer to the shore. If you are considering which one to do, choose this one and you will not be disappointed.

Up close and croc-onal! - Excellent educational experience with lots of opportunities to see crocs up close and also good for the avid birder as many species are around to observe.

Great Seats and No Gassy Fumes - Informative and nice experience- we like that the seating ran all around the inside perimeter of the boat rather than rows of seating that run across the e center of the boat -- this allowed each person to have a seat along the water's edge rather than those in the middle having to move to get a better view. And also loved that we were not accosted by nauseous fuel fumes from the boat since it was solar generated. I would give this experience a 5 Star, but to no fault of the operator, we did not see any large crocodiles - only a couple baby ones. Which was still cool

No enthusiastic guide - Guide was totally not enthusiastic, said almost nothing and we only saw 2 crocodiles. Maybe expected a little more of it.

I wish I'd passed on this - Listen, I understand it's not a zoo and you won't necessarily get a good look at crocs every time, but there needs to be something more. I assumed the boat would glide through scenic parts of the river - we actually just took a lap through the most ordinary stretch adjacent to the launch. I figured that maybe there were some other animals (interesting birds...I don't know) to take up the slack. Nope. I considered this trip a colossal waste of time - especially since 11:45 was the only available "early" time so it delayed our whole foray into Daintree for nothing.
