We rented two jet skis.
One of them was significantly slower than the other. When we told them after returning, instead of money back, they offered us a different jet ski for 30 minutes. We didn't have a new day to use, and we wanted both people to be out there together, but they would not budge

Check in was a hassle even after booking online and prepaying. Guys who assist with jet ski training and out on water are amazingly helpful, and friendly.

This company is very unorganized and full of Chaos. The workers are con artist. Terrible customer service. This company does not appreciate customers choosing their company over several other options. Our driver Andres was the only pleasant part of this excursion. There are Several places in Cabo where you can spend your hard earned money. Do not spend it with Sea Cabo.

The Wave runner were ok, but it was a hassle to find their tent, they should have a sign with the company name at least. We got there 15 to 20 minutes before our time scheduled, but we had to wait about half an hour on top of that for the wave runner. I didn't have a watch on myself but from the time we got to the jetski to the time we arrived to the tent again I calculate to be about 20 to 25 minutes of the ride. Would not recommend it.

The time I booked the event online kept getting shifted. I had booked for 4 pm and it was changed to 5 pm and then when I arrived they changed to 5:30 pm. Also some people who arrived later than we did got to ride before we did and so the checkin process and order in which people got to be called to ride was unclear and frustrating.

Sea Cabo Activities are great! It was easy to rent a couple of jet skis on the website and they even provided pick up and delivery service. We had a great time!
