Timely, great communication and pleasant experience. - We received an email The day before the excursion with all of the details on where we meet. It was a 5 min walk from the cruise terminal. I alerted Roberto about possibly being late and he was able to move my reservation back. When we arrived it was an air conditioned waiting area. When it was time for the excursion we walked another 5 min to the boat. The boat was clean and organized. Angel was a great guide and took his time taking photos to make sure we achieved a great result. All in all I think it was a great excursion for the price.

The Clear Boat tour was one of the highlights of our trip - The Clear Boat tour was one of the highlights of our trip! Everything was super easy with hotel pick-up and drop-off, and Josue was an amazing guide — friendly, fun, and very knowledgeable. The views of the Arch and the ocean life through the clear bottom were unforgettable. Plus, it’s very affordable compared to other tours in Cabo. Highly recommend!

Recommended walk to appreciate the arch - Very good ride, the transparent boat very clean and well maintained. The quality of the photos taken by the guide could improve, I think the camera of a good phone takes them better and the photos they sell you (which are optional) are not cheap at all.

Clear Boat 🚢 Tour - Highly recommend this clear boat tour. It was about an hour. Very informative, great views and photos. The arches were pretty cool. Our kids had fun too. Ages 15,17

Quick tour of arches and rock formations. - Even though our hotel shuttle got messed up, the company stayed in constant communication with us and fixed it. Shuttle driver Eddy saved the day. Just know that if you pay for the hotel shuttle and there are other people from your hotel in the same shuttle, you have to agree on when you will return together. That was a little confusing. Tour guide was informational and professional, but it may have been a bit rushed. Definitely “touristy”. Tour was under an hour for the whole boat trip, but on choppy water, that is all you need. Boat was clean and they provided life jackets that were in decent shape. Also provided child-sized life jackets for our kids. They did take “professional” photos while we were on the boat but we were able to use our own phones to take pics. Saw some wildlife right near the boat that seemed very comfortable with all the tourist boats. For the price of this excursion, it was on par with my expectations. Expect very touristy area with gimmicky stuff near the marina. Lots of shops and individuals trying to sell stuff very directly. This part was not part of the tour but that’s where the office is located. Note: no bathroom facilities. Had to use coffee shop “toilet” that charged $1 per person. Go before you go. Also, bring your own water as it gets hot out there.

Overall the experience is... - Overall the experience is good. Very nice staff and crew. It was a bit hard to find the meeting place off the pier but through telephone messaging we were able to finally find it.

Just average…. - We didn’t have much time because many of our excursions were rescheduled because of the hurricane. We wanted to see the Arch and thought the clear boats would be a cool way to go. If you have more time and if you really want to explore that area, I’m imagining you could find another way to do that more comfortably and in greater depth. Our boat seemed to turn into a photo opportunity for everyone but mostly for influencers. The people leading the tour were friendly enough and had good information. Overall, it was just an average experience.

I am sure our tour guide... - I am sure our tour guide spoke Spanish well, but the English version was difficult to understand. Even if he would have slowed down his talking we could have understood it better. Otherwise the trip was great.

Not what expected - Too many boats out there. Not enough tour information while out there. Confusion in the shop while checking in. Would not recommend to a friend.

Misleading Title - The title clearly says cruise terminal pickup but that is misleading. The check-in is about a 20 min walk from the cruise terminal and we had a toddler with us so it was a little bit difficult.
