Explained everything clearly to us! 60 minutes on a waverunner was the perfect amount of time. We loved that they had employees in the water with us in case something went wrong and we needed help. It made us feel very safe and relaxed.

You were unable to honor the reservation that I made online, and when I requested a refund, they told me I had to go to the website so I did. Since requesting that refund for the jet skis we didn’t use i’ve had no communication. Before I talk to my credit card company about getting a refund I would like to give you one more opportunity to provide the refund yourself and I can update this review. B-EDGRW73

We paid on line for 4 jet skis. $539. When we arrived the manager said the web site had malfunctioned and took more reservations than they had. He said a refund would be issued. I called three times over the following week each time told they would refund. 7 days later when I called I was told as its been more than 6 days they would not refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.!

My jet ski never really worked. After 2 switch outs. No refund. Only offered a free ride however it didn't fit our schedule

I tried multiple times to contact you when we got to Cabo to find your location. You hung up multiple times. Your conformation did not provide an address for an Uber to drop us.... so we were forced to take a pedicab. We walked a half a mile on the beach and were lucky to find your location. We only had 40 minutes for our 1 hour session. I asked for a discount and was refused.
Suggest you offer better customer service for American tourists.

I tried to contact you several times to cancel due to an illness of one of our party members. I never heard back after 3 emails and a phone call, yet here is an email thanking me for coming on the jet skiing activity that we didn’t attend. I never asked for a full refund, in fact, I said that I understood that due to the last minute cancelation, I understood that a refund was probably not possible. But, to ignore my emails and send me a “Thanks for coming…” email AND still charge me $350? Terrible.
