- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum drinking age is 18 years
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund.

Great crew, service was great and crew was knowledgable! Whales were up and around the boat playing. Very cool! - Great crew loved being on a catamaran was the perfect size vs. the larger boats. Highly recommend this experience with Pez Gato!

Fantastic Day on the Sea - The whole day was very well organized, enjoyable, and great staff.
The boat, food, and drinks made for an excellent day of whale watching and seeing other animals during the tour.

Friendly staff, nice boat - There was clear communication on pickup at our resort. As others have pointed out, we did get there an hour before the boat departed. But I’d rather get there early and have time to look around and relax, than be rushed. The boat ride itself was pleasant. Staff is friendly and entertaining. We saw several whales. Food and drinks were descent. All in all, we were very happy with the whole experience.

A great Whale Watching experience - This was a great experience and I’m so glad I did it. The crew were so friendly and accommodating. They were very knowledgeable about whales and I learned a lot. We saw several groups of whales, both humpback and grey. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Whales - Sometimes the whales don’t want to be seen but not today. The staff was great and the service was quick. They were very accommodating.

Nice boat ride, not whale watching - Very friendly staff with excellent service and reasonable light lunch. Not much of a whale watching tour in that our excursion just followed/chased other boats and few whales that were located in the 1st 15 minutes. There was no effort made to locate other whales.

LOUSY SERVICE, LOUSY EXPERIENCE! NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! - THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD!! THE WORST ATTENTION BY NATALIA THE PERSON WHO ATTENDED US BOTH BY PHONE AND IN PERSON!! From the reservation with bad information about the transfer, which says it includes it and if you make the reservation the same day, it DOES NOT INCLUDE!! Continuing because when we wanted to cancel the reservation, Natalia told us that we had to order it directly from Get Your Guide and that she communicated and this never happened, in fact she hung up our phone, so we decided not to cancel the tour and when we arrived at its facilities, we are told that it is cancelled and in the most rude and high-handed way she did not want to understand that we did not make the cancellation and so far I do not have my refund!!! LITERAL STOLE US $7,000 PESOS THAT I HOPE WILL BE RETURNED SOON TO NOT PROCEED LEGALLY!!
It's a real shame they catered that way to local tourism!!

Not a good excursion or experience - Never saw a whale. Traveled way out when actually most whales were near shore. Very disappointing for the cost. We saw more on a taxi boat and got a full tour of everything for $15/person. Would recommend that over this excursion. They also cancelled the day of our original excursion due to wind but never sent any notice. Didn’t find out until we got there. Waste of time.

The Unknowns - I was provided around trip car service, driver dropped me early had to wait an hr before getting on the boat. From my experience a lot of things weren’t informed being this was my first experience. First, bring a jacket cause once in the ocean the winds are strong, next there’s not a guarantee you’re going to see whales & if you do it’s for a millisecond. Bathroom on deck is very confined plus no sanitizer to clean your hands. Third, crew member will bring around a tip jar to each individual to pressure you to tip for mediocre service. Last, the transportation services gave no information on how I was getting picked up, & given it was a 5pm departure for a 2hr ride when returning the offices were closed. In my opinion crew/staff did a poor job on communicating how/where the driver would pick me up. All in all, the ride was nice but boring & the staff are completely unprofessional this was a waste of time/energy.
