Fantastic whale adventure! - We had an excellent adventure! Our tour guides were friendly, informative, and fun. We saw lots of whales, up close. We would recommend this to anyone!

Terrible directions - missed the tour - I tried to call the business and there was no answer. I tried to message them in the viator messaging area. Still no answer. The description says to look at the map that's in the pictures. There are no pictures or maps provided to get to VisitA. Very disappointed as we paid $105 for three people. It was our last day in Cabo so we could not go whale watching at sunset any other day. We had to pay locals $150 to take us out for an hour and we did not see any whales due to going to late after trying to resolve all of the conflict. I want my money back and so far have not had luck getting my money back. This happened before when booking a Venice tour. The directions to meet at the dock were terrible and we missed the boat and had to get a private water taxi to take us to meet up with the group. We were refunded our tour in Venice. I just want my money back for the service not provided in Cabo.
