Something for Everyone - Marco, Chuey, Hansel and Vicky made sure the entire group had a memorable experience. We had to cancel our glass bottom to the Arch. No worries, we got a lovely history lesson and trip to catch the coastline, take pics and of course see the Arch.
We got to pick our water adventure and snorkeling, paddle board, kayak Nd use that underwater propeller thing. Exactly amount of time that everyone got their flll. Excellent choice.

Yay for the team! - GO MARCO!
The team was amazing. Captain Chewy and Hansel were awesome. So appreciated Marco’s guidance and enthusiasm about Cabo. Super fun. 100% recommend.

Speed boat and snorkeling fun !!!! - I’m not sure it this is the correct execurision; it was the speed boat and snorkeling!!! It was awesome , daniel our guide was terrific and very helpful , and our boat captain shaggy was excellent … what a blast !!!! Outstanding!!!!!

You make Cabo excellente - The best time ever, the crew was amazing. Thank you for great memories and fun! They made sure we were safe & even named most of the fish. The crew even taught my kids how to equalize their ears underwater . Thank you

Fast Boat, Great Snorkeling, Fun Tour Guide! - Fernando and his team were great. Excellent snorkeling, and the boat trip to get there was exhilarating. They included some sightseeing and tour guiding on the sights and landmarks. The food at the end was also amazing. Very fun adventure!

So fun and interesting but overall a great experience! - Fernando, Chuy y Aranca were all super nice, helpful and very understanding! When multiple people got stung by jellyfish, they were all ready to help others. And make sure EVERYONE was safe. I saw so many fun sea creatures and I learned so many new things! It was a blast and I loved it!

We saw plenty of fish and... - We saw plenty of fish and a few sea turtles. They were quite professional and kind. I would make sure you take your own photos because they change quite a bit to print them at the end of the tour

Not worth it, look for local operators - It's not worth it. It is a Disneyland-like experience for foreigners, selling stuffed dolls and dolphins in captivity.
The tour is completely basic and with a mediocre guide, better look for any local operator. The staff is friendly but they take pictures to sell after the tour; they should better bring important information in addition to shouting tequila every time they take your picture.
The tour is to see the rocks and a snorkel, all for three hours; do not go down on any beach.

Terrible Customer Service - The staff failed to communicate any details about the transport services to and from the hotel. Despite checking with the front desk about the shuttle schedule, we were left waiting at the agency for over 2.5 hours. There were no announcements or updates, and as a result, we missed our return shuttle to the hotel.
When we asked management about the next shuttle, they told us to wait because there were no drivers available — even though several drivers were clearly outside chatting. No food or drinks were offered during the wait, and the staff shifted all the blame onto us.
The manager, Karen, told us it was our fault and provided no support or solution. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience
