Do it - Amazing experience! It was all of our first times parasailing and we loved it. Christian and Alturo were great, 11/10!!!

Parasailing - Parasailing was great. Crew was awesome. Shared the boat with another family. Also. Just wanted to shout out our driver Filiberto. Did the most for us!

The parasailing was an awesome experience. All the crew members were professional and very nice. Will never forget this - Filiberto was professional and very informative. 5/5 service. He explained all parts of cabo and the history behind each place.

Perfect for an adult couple for adult group of friends! - We had a great time parasailing with the CCabo team. The driver who picked us up from our resort was so friendly and very accommodating. We chatted about most things on the way to the resort and then back. The team who checked us in at the beach was also very friendly. We declined the selfie stick for an additional $40 and we were glad we did because one of the crew on the boat took pictures for us! This is probably not a tour for people who need a lot of assistance getting from point A to point B. We are two pretty independent travelers, and we thought that the check-in process, getting on the boat taxi, and then getting on the actual parasailing boat was fine. The team on the parasailing boat was very good-humored. They offered to take pictures, and when we finished, there were 107 pictures on my phone. He really documented almost every minute of our time up in the air. It was a beautiful day, and my husband and I had a great time just up in the air and seeing all the sights. I think it was less than 15 minutes as advertised, but it was still worth it, and we would recommend this team to adult couples who want to go parasailing.

Amazing. - Diego and Eddie were awesome! So much fun! Great experience and will do it again. There’s a lot of companies but this is the best one.

Need Better Check-in Process - This was a new experience for us and personally I was nervous but truly enjoyed the ride. The team on the boat (Arturo and I think it was Chris) were amazing. The driver of the boat who transported us from the beach to the main boat was rude and not at all friendly. I was upset with the check-in team because they did not explain the pictures fee and rushed us out. They told me if you want the pictures it’s $40 USD which I did want but they didn’t tell me we had to pay upfront and that they would give us a gopro to record and snap pictures. So we went off and I asked the captain so who takes the pictures and he said they were supposed to give you a GoPro at check in. So needless to say we have no visual memories to share, very upsetting.

Employees on shore are useless - Once you take a water taxi to the actual parasailing boat, the guys doing the experience are great. The issues arose getting back. After getting back on the water taxi and getting back CLOSE to shore, you climb over a ladder. I fell into the rushing waves and was tossed/turned in the ocean. Then I was almost hit by the boat! Nobody helps you. The guy SEATED on shore did nothing but push us to buy the pictures when we made it back to his area. They need people helping you get off! Offering a hand at the very least!

Terrible operation - Terrible. It was a cattle call. Over oooled and then ran out of gas so we could not do out trip. Do not use this operation. I’m fighting now to get $400 back!

“Terrifying Experience – My 9-Year-Old Could Have Drowned!” - I had an extremely traumatic experience with this parasailing company in Cabo on June 25. My 9-year-old son was halfway up the ladder to board the boat when the driver aggressively pulled away from shore—while my son was still hanging from the ladder! Multiple customers on board shouted for him to stop, but he refused. Thankfully, my husband was able to grab our son to safety. We received no apology, no explanation, and were later told by other guests that the driver had said the boat was full—something he never communicated to us. Instead, he nearly left a child hanging dangerously off the boat. When he returned to pick us up, he didn’t check for life vests or speak to us. He later gave a false name when asked. I later confirmed with staff that he had lied, presumably to avoid accountability. I reached out to the manager, Carlos, by phone and email and never received a response. This was our family’s first time in Cabo and our first parasailing experience. It was completely ruined. This company’s actions were negligent, dangerous, and deeply unprofessional. I urge future customers to reconsider booking with them. Choose a different one - The driver who picked us up did not speak English at all. He was rude. When we got to Pueblo Bonito (the resort they work from the beach, we had to walk all the way through a hotel and beach to get there. When it was time to go, they pulled a small boat up semi close to the shore and told us to go in the water and climb up. The waves were super strong and it was difficult. The driver of that boat gave my friend a life jacket that was too big and shrugged it off when we told him. The actual parasailing was good. After the activity, you climb over to that same boat again…. He shut off the engine and demanded a tip while waving his tip box at us saying no tip, no taco. When trying to get out of the boat, two of us fell getting completely soaked and rolled by the waves. Sellers in the beach had to help us up. The same driver as before dropped my friends off downtown when they asked to run into a shop for 5 minutes. He left them and didn’t return. I asked him in Spanish if he was going to and he said no…. WTH? Then he took me to the wrong hotel and demanded I get out… when I told him it was the wrong one, he slammed the door and angrily drove me to the BOTTOM of the drive to RIU Palace and I had to walk next to cops and about 15 people having a heated argument.
