The baby turtles hatch about 45 days later, but during this time we protect the nest and take care of the eggs. Our job is to raise the percentage of survival as much as possible. The tour is guided by a marine biologist which brings a fun, educational learning experience where you take part in the release of these baby turtles back into nature.

The Turtle Release Tour, run by Rancho Carisuva for over half a decade, is a program dedicated to wildlife preservation where participants get the chance to adopt and release baby turtles into the sea.
Not only will you contribute to the safeguarding of these species, but you’ll also gain knowledge about the turtles and their habitats, under the guidance of an expert Marine Biologist. Witness the start of these turtles’ ocean journey as they are freed from their nests, and take satisfaction in knowing you had a part in it.
