- Departures are available between 9 AM to 4 PM and are subject to availability.
- Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed. You need to cancel 24 hours in advance before tour date to get a full refund.
- Follow all rules, regulations, and safety instructions of the crew members and staff at all times.
- Be fully aware that you are going to take part in an ocean adventure journey, so dress expecting to get wet.
- Bring Along: Waterproof camera, Hat with drawstring, Non-slip shoes, Sunscreen, Cash for Gratuities or souvenirs, Lightweight personal belongings.
- Due to limited space on board, we advise not to bring unnecessary items or any bulky baggage in order to provide more room and comfort on your tour.
- Departure Notice: The tour operator has a meeting point, not an office on the Marina. You will get a text message to your number on the reservation with info and location link before tour date. We meet all guests right there on Dock #1 a couple minutes before the departure time selected. (We advise to show up at least 5 minutes prior to the departure time) Dock # 1 is by the dolphins center on the marina close to the circle of surfboards which you will see on the marina. The color of the gate is green on dock one. You will meet at Dock 1.
- Cabo Paradise Tours is not responsible if customer goes with vendor and gets on a different boat. No refunds will be issued because you have been advised.
- NOTE: If the ocean is high tide on Lover´s Beach, they close the beach for the day, and we cannot drop you off at that beach for safety reasons.
- We try our very best to always be on time, but sometimes we experience a small delay, please be patient because we always come through. Your Satisfaction Guaranteed!
- Please Note: This boat is not all glass bottom so do not expect the whole bottom of the boat to be glass which you won’t find a boat all glass bottom anywhere in Cabo because it is against Government Boat Regulations therefore all glass bottom boats in Cabo are built the same way with a rectangle glass window which is considered the glass bottom boat in Mexico but some boats are small and other boats are big. If the whole bottom of the boat was glass bottom it would be dangerous because it can break and that would sink the boat. There’s a reason why the bottom of the boats are not all glass for SAFETY reasons.. You can still see the fish through the glass and also on both sides of the boat. Just look at all of our pictures. If you want an all clear boat please book with us the all clear transparent boat we have online which costs more money and is the same tour as this except all clear transparent boat cannot drop off or pick up at the beach, but we can with this glass bottom boat tour.
- This boat has a rectangle window glass bottom but not the whole bottom of the boat is glass. If you want an all clear transparent boat (not glass bottom) book the all clear boat with us.
- Transportation Hotel pick up and drop off is NOT included.

Great trip! - Easy to find them, they told us exactly what would be on the tour and gave the option to drop us off at a beach. We had the boat to ourselves which was great!

Great, quick boat tour! - Thank you Adrian for an amazing boat ride! He was so friendly and gave everyone enough time to take pictures. We got to feed fish, see the arc, and learn about the different rock formations. The instructions on where to meet were clear, and the overall experience was so fun!

Phenomenal! Highly recommend. - Very friendly and knowledgeable. We were staying in villa del arco and instead of taking us back to the marina to pay for a taxi, they just taxied us over to our resort. Highly recommend! We were on the boat Bryan 1 with captain Adrian and both men were phenomenal. Would definitely do again!

Fun tour for the family! - The captain was super friendly and informative. He saw one of our 2 daughters was a little nervous on the water so he made sure to tell her/us what he was doing with the vessel. Also, because we randomly had the vessel to ourselves he was happy to drop us off at the hotel on Medano beach. It was a great time.

Excellent Arch tour! - Our family was looking for a quick tour of the Arch and surrounding beaches. With this tour, we got so much more! Our captain told us stories about the area, made sure we captured quality pictures, and gave us great suggestions as we explored the marina. He went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great time!

Guide was a no-show - Booked this tour the day before for 9am, but nobody else signed on for that time and the ‘amazing captain’ didn’t show up. There was another guide familiar with Cabo Paradise Tours who called the captain and took us instead. We had fun after all and gave him a nice tip.

Ok - Was not what we expected. Everyone was nice but next time we are definitely booking either a nicer boat if want to do a tour, or, more likely, just a water taxi to the beach we want to go to.

Port Closed Due to Weather - Poor Communication/lack of transparency and ultimately NO refund - We would not recommend this tour company. Communication was poor/lacking and while we recognize the 24hour cancellation notice for refunds, we believe this situation warrants an exception and that our $120 should be refunded given the port was closed due to weather. In contrast, for those who booked excursions in Cabo through the cruise ship, Ovation of the Seas, they received full refunds. It really should be that simple and reasonable. The tours run by this company may very well be as good as some of the reviews describe, but as with any business, be wary of what you may get when there is lack of communication/transparency and arguably fair practices.
Our experience:
We were scheduled to arrive in Cabo the morning of Aug8th and booked this tour for the afternoon. Before arriving we were notified by the ship that the port was closed due to severe weather. Simultaneously we received a message from the tour company (Leo G appx 10:08am) that the port was closed and that they would be updated hourly. I would assume that this would mean the tour would be cancelled.
We responded requesting info on how to proceed with the reservation. No response and no further updates on port status or the tour itself over the next few hours.
We replied approximately 5 hours later and prior to our reservation that we will go ahead and cancel the reservation due to lack of any response and requested info on how a refund can be processed. 24 min later we received a response from Leo G that they confirmed our cancellation, that's it. He could not even address a customer's message/inquiries in full. That was the last message received.
We replied appx 30 min later status of a refund. We received no reply. 2 days later, we replied again regarding status of any refund and to this date nothing.

NOT bottomless boat! - Tour guide was good & happy..but the small boat was NOT bottomless! Ride was rough, sea-sick. Didn't get to experience seeing the fish swim under the boat.
