Beautiful ride, park fee. - The driver picked us right up from our hotel, even though it was quite a long drive to the ranch. Everybody was very friendly, the horses were well behaved, and the ride was beautiful. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We even saw whales while riding on the beach. I did not read far enough down and realize there was a $25 fee on top of the cost to get into the park where we rode. Just be aware of that and take cash if possible.

Fun beach ride - Nice long horseback ride through the desert and along a beautiful white sand beach. We had a special treat to see a pod of whales breaching close to shore.

Nice horses. Nice people. - Stunning beach. Lots of people work here but none had the time to brush the horse I rode. I have horses so I was surprised to be provided a horse with a tangled mane, dirty ears and like never brushed. Most people love a nice groomed horse for those magical rides on the beach and stunning photos. Weirdly she was touted as the fastest and favorite horse. Mexico has a way different version of good horsemanship. The bridles are super aggressive with long shanks but after seeing these horses gallop it is no surprise they need to have a good WHOA. This is not a nice canter on the beach rather it is a full out crazy ass run. Which can be fun I suppose but I like just a nice lope in hand. I found the "wrangler" yelling really loud to be scary as nuts every time we cantered. Why is he screaming like that? I normally just ask my horse to lope and they do it. He would get us to hold our horses back and then he would yell I guess to make them go? We saw a late hatch of turtles on the beach which was exciting but the excessive ATV tracks right on the nesting sites was sad to see. As a tourist I hoped that turtle nesting areas would not have quads and ATV on the actual beach. As a guest I would prefer beaches NOT allow motorized vehicles. It is up to tour operators to engage with the preservation of turtles and contribute to ecological preservation. My guide Danielle was great for the turtles. When we saw the turtle he had a rescue crew come and gather the babies (with gloves) and get them to the ocean since they were headed inland. Apparently the vehicles impact their direction in finding the ocean. It is good to note that this was a late hatch so they were not expecting to see any more babies but this is how nature works. Some early some late. The tequila tasting was excellent but would be better with food. After a two hour ride a meal would be valuable before drinking tequila. They just have junk food in the vending machines. Gross. This place has a photographer take photos during the ride and he captured amazing photos. It really just gets expensive when you add it all up. Tip the driver, tip the guide, tip the tequila guy, pay for photos. So be aware it adds up.

Overpriced - It was a decent experience, but not worth the cost at all. Note the park entrance will put you out another $29 on top of the already expensive tour cost. They will take pictures but they tried to charge me $100 for 5 pictures. I know it's Cabo so you can expect to be overcharged for things but this was ridiculous.
