Our “Catch of the Day” menu is renowned for its quality, as it includes local fish sourced from the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean, ensuring the freshest ingredients for your special meal. A private chef will prepare a delectable feast for you, which includes:
Fresh fish ceviche with avocado and radish.
Arugula salad (cherry tomatoes, grapes, orange, goat cheese with sweet mustard vinaigrette).
Catch of the day wrapped in a parmesan crust with fine herbs, served with cauliflower puree, mint, and grilled vegetables.
Traditional tres leches cake accompanied by berry coulis.
The service includes a chef, food, cooking and cleaning, and a waiter/bartender for 4 hours - minimum of 6 people required. Gratuity is not included.
