Cruising the Sea of Cortez - We had a great time on this tour! Herman our tour house along with our Captain Javier were awesome and a wealth of knowledge.

What an adventure! We not... - What an adventure! We not only saw the Arch and beautiful coastline and beaches, but experienced a whale jumping out of the water right before our eyes! Marco was a fun tour guide and we highly recommend this tour!

Sighting - Whale watching is one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever experienced, I was fascinated and will definitely recommend them, Capi Javier and the guide Germán excellent people at all times were attentive and very friendly.

I leave my heart on St. Luke's and 45th - Whale watching was an unforgettable experience.. we got to look at several whales and it is something amazing.. the arch walk is also a beautiful sight. We had the opportunity to go down to the beach 2 hours and it was very relaxing. Javier and Germán maintained communication with us at all times and are super friendly.. I highly recommend them!

Excellent service - I had the opportunity of the whale watching tour, at all times there was attention to all the passengers, they have bathroom included and it is something that others do not have. Very attentive and give good information.

Glass Bottom Peephole and Confusion - 3 stars for the nice tour guide and captain. The rest was hard to take. Small boat crammed with people, confusion on whale watching or not, confusion on getting off and how much time to explore Lover's/Divorce beaches. I'm assuming that they sale so many tours that they can't remember which one they're on. Instead of the included bottle water, our first stop was to a convenience store to buy items. When we asked about the water, the tour guide radioed back and eventually gave out his personal supply. Second stop was by the marine police. The boat wasn't authorized to go out. So back to the marina, wait for another boat, and tried again. "Glass bottom" was just a rectangular peephole covered by life jackets. A few disembarked at Lover's Beach and others went whale watching. For those of us on the beach, the boat didn't come back at the promised time (they had already cut our time down from two hours to one hour) so we took a random boat, that looked like it was from the same operator, back to the marina.

Hard to find Location!!!!!!!!! - We were looking forward to this excursion for months. Our Cruise ship delayed the tender operations so we were late to the excursion. I promptly contacted them to let them know and they were prompt to respond back. Unfortunately the excursion did not depart from the RC dock, so we walked about 15 minutes to the tour departure spot/dock. We had a difficult time finding the meeting place, which was stressful. Finally got to the meeting place with assistance from the tour operator and was on our way out to the arc. The boat captain and photographer did not speak English too well, so the narration of the points of interest was lost. We figured out most of the places. It was beautiful and the operators had safety in mind for the trip. I would take the adventure again, but, would like someone who could speak English a bit better. I know, English is not Mexico's main language, so that's not the tour operators fault
