Your pickup time will be confirmed after we receive your reservation, as pickup times vary depending on your hotel location. Please be in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.
• Marina Meeting Point: Guests making their own way to the marina may check in directly at Gali Plaza, Local 39, Blvd. Paseo de la Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, across from the entrance to Hotel Finisterra. If hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, this will also be your meeting point. Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
• Cruise Ship Guests: Cruise guests are welcome! Please make your way to Gali Plaza in the Cabo San Lucas marina area and arrive 30 minutes before departure. If your ship is tendering, please allow enough time to come ashore and reach the meeting point.
• Transportation Reservations: Hotel transportation must be reserved and confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date to ensure service.
• Seasonal Departure Times: From September 1 through April 30, the boat departs at 4:30 PM. From May 1 through August 31, departure is at 5:30 PM.
• Alcoholic Beverages: Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Please drink responsibly and enjoy the experience in moderation.
• What to Bring: Please bring your booking confirmation and a valid photo ID, as identification may be requested at boarding. We recommend comfortable clothing and a light sweater or jacket, especially during the winter season when evenings on the water can feel cooler.
• Sailing Duration: The sunset sailing experience lasts approximately 2 hours. Total experience time may vary depending on your hotel location and transportation schedule.
• Sunset Conditions: Sunset views and conditions vary naturally depending on weather and the time of year.
• Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.
• Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
