Nice - Our driver/guide was very friendly and gave us a nice history of the area. The glass blowing exhibit was interesting. The pearl shop had a short explanation on how cultured pearls are made, the gentleman was fun and informative. Beautiful jewelry in the shop as well.The glass bottom boat ride to the Arch was fun and interesting. Once back to the city circle area we had a chance to have lunch on our own and do a little shopping. The area felt very safe. The tequila tasting was nice, you have to try the flavored ones for sure! Our ride back to the hotels, despite the traffic was wasn’t too long. Everything went very well and I would definitely suggest this tour.

All in all a fun activity - We had a great tour guide, Daniel. He was knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. The glass bottom boat was really cool. You could see fish swimming all around and a reef deep down in the water. The boat guide took pictures before we got on the boat and when we were by the arch. We were able to see the pictures after the boat ride. They were great pictures but they charge a lot for them so plan on taking some of your own. We were able to go shopping at a flea market type area, but only for a short time. All in all it was a fun activity.

The Tour of Cabo St Lucas - Excellent time on the glass boat to The Arch. Tour/driver guy was great and gave a lot of history of Cabo San Lucas. More time shopping would have been great. One hour was not enough time to visit a lot of local shops. Maybe eliminate at shop at the jewelry shop.

A lot seen in One Day! - A lot Seen in Just a Day Tour! A van picked us up at our hotel, Hacienda Del Mar. The hotel wanted to charge 16% more for a day tour whether we paid with credit card or cash. I looked online and if we booked online we would receive 40% off on their tours and that is what my husband and I did. After we were picked up we went to a glass blowing demonstration and looked at the store. Second stop was ridiculous g around downtown Cabo, a stop at a souvenir store which has over 2000 types of tequila. We sample 3. The pharmacies sell everything current and popular over the counter. Then onto a boat ride in a completely transparent boat. Before getting in you will need to take off your shoes and they are placed in a plastic crate, so make sure you have socks or have a nice pedicure. On the boat we saw sea lions and were told of Livers beach and we saw the famous Arch. Our captain threw nachos in the water that caught the attention of the fish. On that see thru boat all the fish were visible. After that we had lunch followed by a trip to San Jose the art district. My husband and I went back on Thursday via Uber to see more of San Jose. I would HIGHLY recommend Cabo Day Trips and do the sightseeing tour of Cabo and San Jose.

Return Viator 3 rd time on this tour - Great tour I have done it a few times the arch is always breathtaking We ate lunch at Joe’s and spent some time shopping I was last here 6 years ago things have really raised in price since my last trip But well worth the tour

Pickup was a mess but Antonio saved the day - Our hotel had two entrances and the driver went to wrong one. I had confirmed the other the night before Tour was a bit crazy because we had three different groups doing three different boat rides. The activities were rushed but we were lucky to find a good and quick lunch place since we only had 1.5 hours. Glass bottom boat ride was fun though guide was a bit cheesy Overall a fun day for us but maybe too over scheduled for some people

Interesting way to see the city of Cabos San Lucas - The tequila tasting was great as well as the crystal boat. The arch is a beautiful sight to see and to be able to see all the fish under the boat was amazing! The glass blowing factory was a let down because you could not hear the speaker very well with all the background noise - using a microphone would have helped tremendously. But they do have an awesome gift shop.

Okay but recommend just doing all this yourself - Overall, tour provides what it says it will. Prompt pick up at our hotel and guide/driver was very friendly, Quick stop at a glass factory, was okay. Boat ride out to the Arch was definitely the highlight. No stop at any of the little beaches, but did not expect that either. After the boat ride the tour guide just drops you off and you are free to explore town with pickup at 1, 3, or 5 pm. Honestly, the tour was not worth the money. Uber into town if you are at an outside resort and do your own boat ride for a fraction of the cost.

The Worst - It was the worst experience that I ever experienced in over 10 years with Viator. I was left on a bench for 4 hours and never went on a walking tour.

Bad experience - We waited on the lobby and driver never showed up. They called later that driver was there. But they were late. They also sold us 11AM tour. After taking our money on Viator. They called saying 11AM was not available and offered 8:40AM. We lost our money and never went anywhere. You have been warned!
