The jet ski was in good shape. The staffs were fine. The only thing I did not like was the $10 charge for transportation. We were not far from the site but charged because we were outside the city.
I also wished if there was more a clear instruction on how far we can go.

we had a lots of fun with the wave runners but they called us back at 40 minutes mark. we got back with at least 15 minutes left. i dont think they differentiate between 30 minute tour and 60 minute tour so i wouldn't recommend buying 60 minute tour to anyone since you don't get near that time. You can't go wrong with 30 minutes.

I tried multiple times to contact you when we got to Cabo to find your location. You hung up multiple times. Your conformation did not provide an address for an Uber to drop us.... so we were forced to take a pedicab. We walked a half a mile on the beach and were lucky to find your location. We only had 40 minutes for our 1 hour session. I asked for a discount and was refused.
Suggest you offer better customer service for American tourists.

I tried to contact you several times to cancel due to an illness of one of our party members. I never heard back after 3 emails and a phone call, yet here is an email thanking me for coming on the jet skiing activity that we didn’t attend. I never asked for a full refund, in fact, I said that I understood that due to the last minute cancelation, I understood that a refund was probably not possible. But, to ignore my emails and send me a “Thanks for coming…” email AND still charge me $350? Terrible.

The jets skis are falling apart. I had a piece fall off my jetski while riding and I came right back in. I tried to communicate that it came off. I did not hit anything. They said I was good. And then charged my credit card thousands of dollars. Not trustworthy. Don’t recommend.
