Great and inexpensive - The whole experience was very enjoyable and well worth it. Michelle and E..were excellent guides. They knew about the area and we really enjoyed the experience.

Clear Boat experience & Photo Shoot! - We were the first boat in the morning, and while the directions were a bit confusing, with check in at 8:30am but it stating to arrive 20min prior but no one was there.. that was odd, but nevertheless, it was an amazing CLEAR BOAT experience, with the staff providing on point high quality photo shoot experience, my aunts & mom loved it. & we were able to purchase the photos at a great package price for all of them, well worth it! The staff gave insights and historical information regarding the formations, and the area surrounding which was really nice & educational as well. I would definitely recommend this trip!

excellent experience - Excellent experience from start to end. It started in timely manner, group was taken to our clear boat by The guide who explained everything and took a group photo. The clear boat is well kept, clean and clear so you can see underneath and we did see some beautiful fish. The boat ride was pleasant and the view explained. We reached the Arch, pictures were taken of each participant and upon return offered for sale (too expensive). All is all it is highly recommended.

Flawless “El Arco” Experience! - Well organized tour. Feels very personalized. Only 10 passengers on the totally clear boat. The Tour Guide/Photographer was funny & informative pointing out the different beaches and attractions such as “The Pacific Window” and wonderful snorkeling spots before reaching the main attraction “El Arco”. Great price $15 USD p/p + tip they will ask for on the way back. My family and I had a great time.

Perfect quick trip for the price! - It was a great quick ride out to the arches, saw beautiful fish and sea lions! Our driver was funny although a little hard to understand at times.

Great experience on the boat ride - Great experience on the boat ride, it stops in the water a few times to take pictures of the rock formations and corals, listed price doesn't actually include the hotel pickup but thats easily added on for $13 a person round-trip. Roberto is extremely responsive, overall a great experience and value and I would recommend to friends and family and do it again.

Cool experience for Thanksgiving - All the vendors on the marina subcontract to Encatour. Book online is 50% cheaper than going direct to their office. We paid $27+ usd for two plus $10 for government fee. For the price it was worth the 45 minutes boat ride with max 10 pax. We saw lots of fish under the clear boat at the pelican shore, pretty cool. We went in 11/25/25 at 1pm, weather was perfect and comfortable.

The transportation aspect... - The transportation aspect was unclear. To my understanding, I booked this listing with transportation included, but was sent a message that it was not. It was $13 per person so we spent $26. Upon arrival, we were informed that we would be picked up at 7, but negotiated for 545pm. We could have taken an uber from our location that would have been at least 1/2 cheaper both depart& arrival. Also, we did not ride back with transportation so it was a waste of money. The tour was really quick about 45 mins. The majority was check in& transportation so no I do not recommend, but the tour and crew were great. Take Dramamine because the clear boat rocks alot, especially with all the sea traffic so close together.

Good but long walk from the pier We had two family members weroe nt used to this walk - The walk from the boat tender was very long, like a mile and unexpected. The actual people were good that led the pier but for us travelers we were not expecting such a long walk.

Meh.. one time thing - We thought it would be longer than 45 mins, and it was hard to understand what she was saying in English. But we get it, it’s not her first language. Overall, it was fine but I couldn’t tell ya why those beaches are named the way they are or anything else. You also have to pay a $5 dock fee which I don’t understand because it should be covered in the cost, we shouldn’t be charged for it separately. We are not using the dock for personal use. You could bring one liquid drink with you. They take pictures and then charge your separately for it too lol
