Awesome tour whale watching - Excellent day!! Saw lots of humpback whales and had an amazing memorable day for our family. Fantastic excursion.

Amazing - Book it! - Wanted to make sure we saw humpbacks during their migration. Got VERY close to whales. It was incredible! Nice staff, simple & no frills. Will be back!

Great experience - We had a great experience today and saw heaps of whales, as well as other marine life! There were life jackets for everyone so we felt very safe. The crew were awesome and very knowledgable about the area. Highly reccomend this tour.

Cabo Arches and whale watching - We had a good experience, but we were the only English speakers on the boat, so we did not understand any of the commentary. We also did not understand that when we were dropped off at Divorce Beach we would be there for two hours without food or drink. Luckily we were able to secure a water taxi to take us back to the harbour - at our own expense.

Ride from Hell - Absolute ride in Hell . I have been to cabo multiple times and this boat ride from start to finish was horrendous. The boat started 45 minutes late , the boat driver was blasting wildly inapproriate songs , he was driving so fast that he splashed and got us thoroughly wet , was very unsteady in water and when whales were sighted he couldnt care less unless we asked him to accelerate. Very very poor experience and I highly caution you guys not to entertain these guys.

Boat ran out of gas - I don’t recommend choosing this company. We came to Cabo San Lucas just to go whale watching and this was not the experience we expected. The whole check in was super chaotic and confusing. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get on a boat and then after about 20 minutes into the tour, the boat ran out of gas and we were left drifting in open sea for about 30 min until someone came to the rescue. People were getting sea sickness, we had kids on the boat having a hard time and being scared. The captain never took it seriously or apologized, he was just making jokes and treating us like if we weee cattle. Finally someone brought us gas but the captain decided to drop us at lover beach and we did not continue looking for whales which was very frustrating because is what we came here for.
Lovers beach is over crowded and not that pretty. People is peeing everywhere and there is people there supposedly helping you to get in and out of boats but all they want is your money. Not a very pleasant experience!
When we got back to port I spoke to the “patron” and I was socked to see again that they did not even apologized for leaving us floating in the ocean and missing the whales. Eventually he offered me 500 pesos in return but only if I wrote a positive review in front of him so he could take a picture of it as proof. Not fair for other costumers.
If you decided to go to Cabo I would recommend choosing another operator.

Not recommended!! - Not use this company!!
We only stopped in Cabo San Lucas to see the whales. We were promised a 2 hour tour with a drop off in Lovers Beach. 25 minutes into the tour and in the Pacific Ocean, our boat ran out of gas and we were left drifting for about 20 minutes until someone finally showed up. The capitán was joking the whole time and never even apologized or offered a refund/different tour, saying that if we want to complain we had to talk to his “patron” since nothing was under his control. The boat that dropped the gas, left immediately without checking if our boat was ok. In the same boat there was a couple who only wanted and paid the tour only to stop at the beach and not see whales so she was rushing to get to the beach, there was also a family with kids that got sea sickness because we were drifting in the middle of the ocean and just wanted to return to the marina, so in the end, we had a 20 minute whale watching tour, because once someone came with gas, the captain decided that he will drop us at the beach and pick us up in two hours.
We had a terrible experience with this company and will not recommend it, especially because they were not serious about anything, they did not even apologized and on our return to the marina, all they did was offer 500 pesos in return only if I was leaving a good review for them (he dad to take a picture of my good review for his boss in order for me to get any refund) Which I think that is not fair to other costumers. Please book with a different company if you want a better experience, more safety and a serious reliable company.
