The grand finale was hidden in a bookshelf cabinet. It didn’t really blend with the narrative of the room and felt anticlimactic. Still one of the better rooms I’ve done and very friendly staff.
This was the first escape room we have ever done and it was really fun. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed ourselves and the story and the activity was kid friendly (12 year old). There was a few glitches with the set up but besides that, everything went smoothly
My friends and I got there a little early and there really isn't a lobby area to sit. We could also hear what was going on inside the rooms, so we just went back outside. Once inside the room, we could hear the people on the outside also. The room was pretty fun though.
Room was awesome, very challenging but also so much fun. Hostess/employee working was very engaging, helpful, and kind
Fun filled adventure. Family friendly. Our host was attentive, informative, enthusiastic, and fun. Great way to challenge your mind, bond as family/and friends, wholesome fun. Fastest hour of your life. Can't wait until their new room is ready, we will be back. We will tell our friends.
The puzzles to solve the room were very reasonable yet mentally challenging. The receptionist was very personable and did a great job of welcoming our party and explaining the game to us. Would recommend this escape room to any group trying this concept for the first time or for the more advanced escape artists.
1)We arrived 15 minutes early as instructed but waited while the employee got the other group’s photos taken and got the room ready for our group. However there were no chairs or a bench to sit on. We had to stand there the whole 15 minutes waiting for her to clean the room, and then while she explained the rules. It would be great if you can get some folding chairs or even a long bench for customers to sit during this 15 minute. 2) While the employee was efficient and knowledgeable, she was very firm and reiterated twice in a not so friendly way way about not standing past her desk area. Again this issue would be resolved if there were chairs to sit on. We didn’t know where to stand as the other group was standing around taking pictures and the waiting area is quite small and cramped so we were forced to stand close to her desk area.
The room was not very mysterious feeling and the objectives were kind of too mathematical for my group's liking. I'm a math major, so I didn't mind it as much, but it did seem a bit excessive, especially for something that was expected to be more about decoding and decrypting.
It was just a little bit different from other escape room.
Over all it's a good experience
It was a cool room, the puzzles were interesting and fun! Our only problem was that we felt that some of the clues were introduced way too early. It would have been fine if it was one or two, but there were a lot that were non-linear. It would have been nice to get a couple that were in the right order.
We went in with 4 people. The room we did was non-linear and had many types of puzzles that I haven't seen before in other rooms. This is not an easy one either.
