It would have been nice to have had a thorough run through in terms of the solutions to the puzzle after the time ran out.
My group and I thoroughly enjoyed CSI! I was a bit weary at first as it seemed like a small facility and the intro video was very corny. However, once inside and discovering that it was a progression room made all the difference. It was thrilling and despite not making it out in time we all had a ton of fun. The only criticism I have is that it seemed to take a couple of minutes for the staff to respond when we wanted a clue. In other escape rooms we have done there was always a way to notify the staff that we wanted a clue but I do not recall there being one for this. Overall it was a great experience and we plan to go back!
It was a lot of fun and very challenging!
The workers were very nice and the puzzle room was challenging! 7 of us escaped in 50 mins (in CSI room)
In other escape rooms, there is a logical pathway to "escape". We felt like this puzzle didn't have that. For example: in other ones you need a "key" to physically open the room. The only way you can do that is if you get all the steps done prior. In CSI, you're just left guessing what's needed to complete in order for the door to swing open.
Amazing experience and room keeps you guessing! Not enough time to work through all of the puzzles.
would be better if we had 90 minutes. $245 is a lot for just one hour. Other than that it was a great experience.
We loved the room. However, prior to coming we asked if it was handicapped accessible. The reply we got was that the person answering the phone didn't know and she gave us an email address to send our inquiry to. This was the same email address on our receipt. The email address is bad and does not work. We arrive with our wheelchair bound sister only to find that we are met with two flights of stairs. Really? You couldn't disclose this when we called? I also placed my review on trip advisor.
