Dario was a great instructor, He was patient and knowledgeable. I wasn't expecting much going into the class but when I left I thoroughly enjoyed my time. I would book another class at Le Pain Quotidien.

The entire staff was welcoming and helpful. I was offered a complimentary coffee or pastry while I waited to begin the class. Dario was an amazing teacher, very knowledgeable. I have always enjoyed breakfast at Le Pain and was excited to learn to make some goodies at home. I'm already choosing dates on the schedule for more classes. Thank you for offering these events.
It was what I hoped for and more! Dario the Baker instructor was a pro and I liked how we were always doing something, no time was wasted. This class was great for kneading and shaping dough. I would have liked more instruction on general glossary of words and the baking supplies needed for bread making.

Instructions were clear and paced well for myself and my husband. Although I have baking experience, I still had a lot of questions with bread baking and they were answered and explained. Just all over a really great experience. I highly recommend this class.
Everything was very hands on and Dario was an excellent instructor. He was informative, but always cheerful. He made the entire experience so enjoyable.

I chose this rating because there's totally room for improvement in my point of view. The instructor was great. My expectations were different. I would of liked more details of what to expect while taking the class. At times it felt as if we were just following instructions and not learning. Preparing the dough would of been great instead of getting dough pre made. Even though we did end up making dough from scratch while bread was baking. The class was enjoyable and easy going. Perhaps a chalk board on wall with tips and tricks would make it more memorable. Maybe pausing for note taking. I really enjoyed the experience and like I said before, there is room for improvement.

I loved Dario, our chef for the Bread Basics class! He was so informative, personable, fun, and made the day so nice for us! Thank you! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to expand their baking skills!
The only thing I can say is I wish there was less talking about oven in restaurants and discussed more how to convert recipe to home use and home ivens

Absolutely FANTASTIC class, just enough technical information, yet friendly and low pressure. Dario our instructor made the class so welcoming and warm, yet was able to also provide very detailed answers to technical questions. He was also quick to help, moving the class along at a good pace that allowed us to cover a great deal. I loved going home with a big bag of bread!!
I’ve taken classes at Sur la Table, Cordon Bleu, Kitchen in the Canyon, etc, and this was perhaps the BEST of them all.
This class was so worth the fee. Had a blast and learned how to make bread from scratch.

Good primer on bread basics. I kind of wish it went a bit deeper, but I think the next class does that. The teacher Dario was wonderful and made the class great. I definitely want to take another class with him.
I love this class is fun and ypu learn a lot. Javaria is the best instructor. Is the second time that I take this class but this time I went with a friend and she love it as well. Me and my friend wanna go back to take another class soon.

I came into the lesson knowing next to nothing about bread making and left feeling much more confident. The doughs we made in class turned into a delicious garlic bread and a cinnamon twist.
