We arrived on time for our tour and tried to find the vehicle and driver but there was no sign of anyone. I tried calling the number on my confirmation email but it wouldn't connect. I tried to send an email chasing whether or not the booking was genuine but it came up with an error message stating the email address was not valid. At this point we thought we had been scammed. 20 minutes later our driver called me and aggressively asked where we were! We walked to where he was standing and he tried to claim he has been there all along - he had not! The vehicle for our tour was the drivers SUV where we had been expecting an open top mini bus and to be part of a group. Whilst it was nice to get a personal tour it was slightly odd to feel like 2 kids out for a day trip in the back of Dad's car. The driver was nice and chatty but I don't feel like we saw everything we wanted to. There was only 1 photo stop too. It was an OK experience but could have been better but in the end we were just glad we hadn't been ripped off.

We were “upgraded” to a private tour. Basically because no one else booked, they didn’t want to drive the bus and we were driven around in a private vehicle. It made it very difficult to see anything and we expressed distaste at this in the beginning. We were not impressed

The hour-long tour was perfect for the short amount of time we had. We saw so much more than we could have on our own. Our guide was knowledgeable and nice and we'd recommend this to our friends.

Great little hotel. Staff is helpful and it is in a great location. Room safe needed a key and wifi had to be rebooted to work, only negatives.
