Great whale watching trip! - We saw a fin whale and two humpbacks frolicking in the water. Our guests from Croatia were thrilled as they had never seen whales. We also saw a large rocket booster being transported back to Vandenberg Air Force Base. I was surprised that beer was available and one couple had probably 4 beers a piece. I'd suggest a limit of 2 person. Their behavior was loud, crude and disruptive.

Best boat trip ever! - We had a fantastic trip with Harbor Breeze. We were lucky to see a female fin whale with her baby, a pod of dolphins and some sea lions. We also heard that the boat before us also saw a whale and dolphins too so can see that the boat staff go out of their way to find something for everyone to see. The staff were amazing and friendly and we would highly recommend booking a tour with them. It was definitely an experience we will never forget!

The Perfect Date on the Water - My boyfriend and I had the most incredible experience with Harbor Breeze Whale Watching! If you're looking for a unique and memorable date idea in Long Beach, this is absolutely it. The views of the coastline were stunning, but the highlight was definitely the dolphins. We saw so many of them playing in the waves right next to the boat—it was truly magical to share that moment together. The crew was fantastic and kept us informed about everything we were seeing, which made the trip both fun and educational. There’s nothing quite like being out on the ocean with your favorite person, feeling the salt air, and watching wildlife in their natural habitat. We’ll be talking about this trip for a long time!

No Sightings of Whales or Dolphins - There were NO Whales or Dolphins found to view on this excursion. Very disappointing to the family and not worthy of the price paid

Disappointed - We recently went on this whale watching tour and unfortunately didn’t see any whales, which we understand isn’t guaranteed. However, what made the experience more disappointing was the lack of engagement from the guide—there was little to no narration, education, or interaction during the trip. Even without sightings, we were hoping to learn more about the area, marine life, or what to look for. The boat itself was fine, but overall the experience felt underwhelming. With a more informative and engaging crew, this could have been a much better trip.
