The Bradbury Building in downtown Los Angeles welcomes the public during its operating hours (typically weekdays 9 a.m.–6 p.m. and weekends 10 a.m.–5 p.m.) to explore its historic interior. However, public access is generally limited to the first floor and first staircase landing, as the upper floors are occupied by private businesses. Photography with smartphones is allowed.
- City Hall - Los Angeles City Hall is renowned for its iconic Art Deco architecture, its significant historical role as a city landmark and government center, and its public observation deck offering panoramic city views. Visitors can appreciate its grand rotunda, detailed interior, and the unique Lindbergh Beacon atop its pyramid-like tower. The statues at Crypto.com Arena honor legendary Lakers players and other figures, with notable statues including those of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Magic Johnson, Jerry West, Shaquille O’Neal, and Elgin Baylor. - Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. It’s the customer’s responsibility to (1) ensure the Product option they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform the Tou/Service Operator if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the Tour/Service Operator in regards these items; at the TourService Operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicles (if one is available) at the Customers expenses in order to to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee should not be less than $15.00 per item nor over $25.00 per item.
- Luggage information: Carry-on bags: Have a maximum size of 22 in x 18 in x 10 in (56 cm x 45 cm x 25 cm), including handles, wheels, and side pockets. Also have a weight limit of 8kgs (or 17lbs.) Checked bags: Checked should have a maximum size of 62 linear in (length + width + depth) and a maximum weight of 23kgs. (or 50 lbs.) Bags that are overweight may incur additional charges or will not be allowed in the vehicle if it does not fit. Personal items: Personal items, such as purses, backpacks, and laptop bags, must fit under your seat or in your lap. They usually have a maximum size of 8 in x 18 in x 14 in. NOTICE: Inform the Tour Operator before you book your services, if you have extra luggage, and or oversized luggage, so the Tour Operator will suggest to you on the type of Product option you should select.
- Collapsible wheelchairs/Scooter with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the Guest(s) is/are accompanied by someone who can assist them, board, disembark and disassemble/assemble the wheelchair/scooter. Please keep in mind that Wheelchairs/Scooters may not fit in a vehicle luggage compartment designated for 1-2 Passengers (Sedan), or 3-4 Passengers (Minivan). Due to the fact that Wheelchairs and or Scoters vary in Size, Shape, and Form. It is the Guest(s) responsibility to ensure that such items can fit on the selected vehicle and or passenger group. Due to liabilities, the driver is not allowed to assist in the disassembly/assembly of the wheelchair/scooter, nor assist the Guest(s) board or off-board the vehicle. The Tour Operator vehicles are Not equipped to provide Access/ADA services. In the event, that the wheelchair/scooter cannot fit in the baggage compartment, nor the Guest(s) have the ability to board the selected vehicle/service; The Tour Operator it will do their best to find an alternative service for the Guest(s) at their own costs. The Guest(s) understands that these costs will be in addition to their initial cost for the reservation. The Guest(s) as well understand that in the event that the Tour Operator’s driver and tour guides cannot accommodate the Guest(s) due to their own ability to board, and/or off-board the vehicle, and or the scooter or wheelchair cannot fit in the baggage compartment, the Tour Operator reserves the right not to issue a refund for the services.
- The guest is responsible to notify the Tour Operator for any delays. After the allocated waiting time, if no contact with the party, the Tour Operator reserves the right to record the trip as a No-Show by the Guest. No-Shows are Not Refundable.
- Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, the Tour Operator, upon request will provide child seats for an additional fee.
- In the event the Tour/Service Operator cannot accommodate the extra luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or extra passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the booking, the customer(s) have the option to either (1) request an addition vehicle from the Tour/Service Operator (if one is available) by making a new reservation and paid for the additional service/vehicle, (2) hire a third party to handle the additional luggage, oversize-luggage, and or extra customers. For safety, and or to prevent additional weight in the vehicle that will incur additional costs, the Tour/Service Operator reserves the right to refuse to carry the additional luggage, and or oversize-luggage, and or additional passengers that were not listed and or mentioned in the reservation. No refunds will be given for unused services.
- Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, the Tour Operator reserves the right to hire an Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner it will be limited to the Client’s name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pickup/drop off information. In the event the Tour Operator sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate’s and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, the Tour Operator it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get services interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
- Tour guides and or drivers are not allowed to collect payments onboard for the exception of tips. Any cash, or any other form payment made directly with the driver it will be considered tip/gratuities.
- The Tour Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
- The Tour Operator is not responsible for any inaccurate and or missing information provided by the guest.
- The Tour Operator staff will do their best to track flights Arrivals for all Private Services. However, it’s the Traveler responsibility to contact us and inform us of any delays, cancellations or flight changes. In addition, is the Traveler responsibility to let RapidShuttle’s agents know if they are running late due, but not limited to Luggage, Costumes, and or Emigration Issues.
- Pickup from airport or cruise port: Once outside your arrival terminal (arrival level) go to the Passenger Pickup location and call your driver/tour guide (if a contact has been provides) or the Operator directly at their phone number. From any other location, please be ready at your designated pickup location within 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Notes: On the day of your tour, call the tour operator directly at their local phone number.
