  The day begins with a 10:00 am hotel pickup, heading to the picturesque Colchagua Valley for an unforgettable experience. After a 2.5-hour drive, enjoy a delightful lunch at Viu Manent winery. Following lunch, check in at Noi Blend Hotel. After some relaxation and exploration of the hotel, embark on an exciting tour and wine tasting at Los Maquis winery. Visit the vineyard’s most iconic spots, surrounded by nature, and conclude with a tasting of four wines: two Gran Reserva wines, Fotem, our ultra-premium wine from Calcu, and our iconic Lien. This evening, savor a delicious dinner at Noi Blend Hotel’s restaurant, with a la carte options available at your own expense.

  After breakfast, a 40-minute drive takes you to VIK winery for the VIK Experience at 10:00 am. Discover Millahue, “the place of gold,” in the Cachapoal Valley. The experience includes a glass of Milla Cala, a glass of La Piu Belle red, a glass of our iconic wine, VIK, and two barrel varieties (Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere).

  Enjoy a 5-course menu, described as a journey through Chile’s geography, paired with our award-winning ultra-premium wines. The 5 courses include dessert and pairings with La Piu Belle Rosé, VIK A, and Milla Cala. At VIK, the culinary philosophy focuses on fresh, local, seasonal, and agroecological ingredients. This gastronomic journey begins in our organic garden, harvesting according to the season, and incorporating these ingredients into the menu.

We’ve curated a selection of classic, organic, biodynamic, and both new and traditional wineries, where you’ll enjoy wine tastings accompanied by detailed information on the terroir and winemaking process.
