Brilliant observation - Loved this, something different for a few hours and well worth it. Met our guide Karen, she took us up into the mountains near Pozo Negra. Telescope set up, we took binoculars with us as well. Was a very clear night, no moon and we saw Saturn and Jupiter through the telescope along with the Andromeda Galaxy and the Seven Sisters which was really cool. When booking something like this, which is very weather dependent, it’s a pleasure to know that the tour company aren’t just looking to take your buck Off you and run. Karen went out of her way as we had two cancellations the week before but there was Never any question of paying and not getting the experience - 5 stars right there.

Don’t hesitate, do it. - Couldn’t be more full of praise for Karen and the team. One of things you get scared of in these types of trip is the “will they just charge us anyway and it won’t be very clear” - answer, an absolute NO. We got an email on a Tuesday to say it was off as the cloud cover wasn’t suitable. I doubted the Wednesday but it was on. We had paid a deposit but on the Wednesday it wasn’t great and we bailed out and Karen insisted that we came back the next week. Well we did, it was a big group due to the problems the week before, but it was awesome, Karen was brilliant and her friend Beth had come along with a fancy dang camera telescope thing that added to the trip as well. Great hosts, middle of nowhere, Milky Way, mercury, Saturn and her rings, Jupiter and his moons - laser pointers, lying on your back and thinking about nothing else. As Karen said, in order to see the light, you must have darkness- love it and 5 ⭐️ all the way.

A great evening with lots of information - Thank you, Karen, for the great evening with the very good explanations. Stargazing with SkyByNight is highly recommended. The meeting point is easily accessible and the drive to the observation site is well feasible. The blankets you bring are useful for observation without dislocating your neck. The first overview of the observation area is very helpful, informative and entertaining. This is followed by the observation of highlights in the sky. The telescopes used are very well suited and the handling proves technical knowledge.

Amazing trip - We even saw Saturn ! - Late putting this review on (Sorry). We visited Fuerteventura mid- late August and went on this trip 19th August. We had an amazing time. We were picked up from our hotel (Elba Sara) promptly. There’s a self-drive option as well but we hadn’t hired a car for our holiday so the pickup option was just what we needed. We’d been contacted via email with all the info we need in advance . Our eldest son has learning difficulties and struggles on his feet a little due to poor balance, but Karen was amazing with him. The view is outstanding and a real ‘must do’ if you’re in the area on holiday. Karens knowledge of the constellations was brilliant, and she took time to point stuff out to all our kids with patience. Late on in the tour Saturn was visible through her telescope which seemed surreal and like being back at school. Would highly recommend this trip. Thanks Karen , lasting memories our kids still go on about.

Fabulous stargazing experience, surrounded by nature with expert guides. Thank you for this experience - The sky was clear, it was great for observation. We were in a place where it is possible to observe the stars of the Northern and Southern hemispheres.

It’s always nice to be under a starry sky. - It was a positive experience and also a bit magical because the place where the observation takes place is very particular. It takes place in a clearing, inside a circle formed by a stone wall that shelters from the wind. The organizer provides mats, binoculars and blankets. The person who accompanied us on the visit was an astronomical guide, he was not an astronomer.
