An incredible day of fishing - The day of fishing was the best part of the trip 🎣🐟. It went incredibly well for us! We caught a lot and had a spectacular time. The experience, the scenery, and all the staff made it one of those days that we are definitely not going to forget. 100% recommended to experience it in Loreto! 🌊☀️

Tough day out, but the crew never gave up - This was our first day out with this crew, and it turned into a grinder. The dorado just weren’t cooperating for most of the day, but the captain kept switching up methods and staying sharp, never lost focus even as the hours ticked by with little to show for it. That persistence paid off — right at the end of the day we hooked into a double and turned a tough day into a memorable one. It would’ve been easy for the energy to drop after a slow day like that, but the crew stayed engaged and positive the whole time. Really appreciated the effort and attitude, and it’s part of why we booked with them again. Highly recommend if you want a crew that works for it.

Limited out on dorado and back at the dock by 11am! - What a difference a day makes! Went back out with the same crew targeting dorado again, and this time the bite was on fire — hit our limit and were back at the dock by 11am. The captain worked just as hard as always, but everything clicked and the fish cooperated. Great way to spend a morning on the water, and it just reinforces why we keep booking with this outfit. Whether the bite is slow or red hot, the crew’s effort and attitude stay the same, which says a lot. Highly recommend if you’re looking to target dorado in the area!

Great day chasing dorado — even when the bite was slow - Booked this trip specifically to target dorado, and while it turned into a slower day out on the water, the captain worked hard the entire time to put us on fish. That’s just fishing sometimes — we knew going in that staying dialed in on one species instead of fishing whatever was biting meant we might have a tougher go of it, and that was our call. What really stood out was the captain’s attitude. He kept things fun and upbeat all day and it was obvious he genuinely cared about us having a good experience, not just going through the motions. We ended up with enough dorado for both lunch and dinner for the whole group, plus plenty of food and drinks on board to keep everyone happy between bites. Hard days on the water are part of fishing, but this captain made it an enjoyable one regardless. Would book with him again without hesitation.

A lovely day on the o - Wonderful birthday fishing trip on the Sea of Cortez. Pablo was very attentive and helpful with the set up but the best was Captain Tony, who guided our panga, set the books and maneuvered the boat while I caught a monster fish. Baja Mia is a small family outfit and it shows. Highly recommended

You should do this .. - Our captain was knowledgeable and spoke enough English to communicate effectively. His wife made burritos for our group to eat lunch on the boat. Our captain helped reel the massive tuna in that we caught. Captain made sure to find hot spots with fish. Would definitely recommend a day of fishing. Side note, the scenery is nothing less than amazing!!!

Fishing off of Loreto - Fun day on the water for two of us who are both new to fishing. Our guide Gabi was very nice and worked hard to overcome a mechanical challenges that killed all our bait before we got started. Despite the challenges we each landed a nice dorado and enjoyed our day learning a little about fishing in Baja. Thank you!

- Baja Mia Tours was exceptional and provided us with a fishing experience we will never forget!! The QUICK and responsive communication made it very EASY to comfortable that you were dealing with a superior company prior to and during the trip. The BONUS was that they picked us at the Villa Del Palmar - on the beach ( low tide - we waded out to the boat). They do tours like snorkeling as well and will pick you up at the hotel - saving $140 van ride to the Marina ( family of 5). We recommended them to several other families during our trip and they were also very pleased with the service, communication and pick up at the resort. Thanks to Gabriel for being a super captain/fisherman and spotting the fish. He was all around amazing and we had the 27’ super panga that had Bluetooth radio. The burritos were delicious and we brought cervezas to enjoy with them ;) The hotel for a fee of about $23USD per person - prepared it 4 different ways - delicious !
