Awesome Day at Coronados Island! - We really enjoyed our trip out to Coronados Island! Great captain and crew, informative tour around the island, great set up at the beach with everything we needed (shade, chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment and wetsuits) and a delicious lunch. White Sandy beach and gorgeous, turquoise water! I would highly recommend this tour…a must do when you visit Loreto!

White sand beaches and whales - We had calm waters for our trip to the island and saw a blue whale and a humpback whale. Our captain took the extra time to allow us to see the whale surface a few times - amazing! The island is gorgeous. If you want yo snorkel in Jan/Feb, don’t forget to ask for a wetsuit prior to leaving, if you can’t handle the cold water. We enjoyed the white sand beach for a while, then we were greeted by a group of dolphins on the way back.

Excellent Tour to Coronado Island - An excellent boat tour with Panchon to Coronado Island. We saw dolphins, humpback whales, sea lions, and many species of birds, including a blue booby. Our lunch spot was beautiful with white sand, folding chairs and a table, and ice-cold cerveza. The boat was super clean and comfortable. Weather turned out great and the Sea of Cortez was relatively calm. Pan hon is an excellent boat captain and guide. We could not have been happier.

Not as advertised - The tour was not as advertised. We paid full rate for a boat drive to Coronado Island, a view of some sea lions, a beach sit and a lunch of one plain chicken and one refried bean burrito, a small bag of chips and a snack bar. No snorkelling, no rays, no fish. While the driver was pleasant, we felt ripped off.

Cancelled multiple times - We booked this tour of Coronado Island but unfortunately it was cancelled due to high winds which was true. They re-booked the tour for another day but it again was cancelled due to “high winds”? They offered me a full refund which I was grateful for. Upon looking at the Marine forecast- the winds were none to minimal so I truly wondered why they cancelled our tour..….so I checked with other companies and managed to book the same tour to Coronado Island with another tour company. I’m so glad I did as it turned out to be a gorgeous day.
