Upon arrival, take a moment to enjoy the tranquil ambiance of our Outpost. Hammocks, swings, restrooms, and changing rooms are available during our relaxing 30-minute check-in process. Here, you’ll decide whether to glide on our pontoon boat or paddle your own single or tandem kayak, accompanied by our expert guide, for a half-mile journey down the river to our secluded island.
(Please note that the island may sometimes be inaccessible due to weather or flooding; in such cases, the s’mores bar will be set up at the Outpost).

Next to the welcoming fire pit, our Gourmet S’mores bar awaits. You’ll find all the ingredients and instructions needed to create six delicious s’mores variations. Roasting sticks and bottled water are complimentary.

After enjoying as many s’mores as you wish, we will play our Barred Owl call over the speaker and watch to see if any of our feathered friends join us. It’s a wonderful experience to see these magnificent creatures up close!
