QM day out in Long Beach - You probably need about 3 to 4 hours to get the full experience and explore all the different parts well worth doing the guided tour that is extra

Great Tour and Tour Guide! - Our group came here for a guided tour on 4/20/26. The tour guide was AMAZING. He was fun, witty, and took us around the ship. The whole tour lasted about an hour, and loved the overall vibe of the ship. I've been attempting to call the front desk to get the name of the wonderful tour guide, but no one answers :-/ Would definitely recommend as a fun group activity.

A Royal Tour! - Informative, fun and interesting! We had attended the Royal Brunch for Mother’s Day and decided to book the tour then and there. We were so glad we did!

A step into a time machine into a golden era - The Queen Mary is a must for anyone interested in stepping back in time and experiencing a different era, or for anyone with a passion for cruising. We spent over three hours here and would definitely recommend paying the small extra amount for a guided tour, as it takes you into areas you would not see otherwise. That said, it is also really enjoyable just wandering the ship at your own pace, seeing the contrast between first and second class areas and appreciating how well maintained the ship still is. The facilities are great, with restrooms throughout and plenty of places to grab snacks or drinks. It is also a very relaxing place just to sit on the deck and enjoy the sunshine. Located near where many cruise ships depart in Los Angeles, it also works really well as a pre-cruise destination. Whether you stay on board or just visit, it is a great place to soak up that pre-cruise atmosphere.

Queen Mary Glory Days Experience - We had a fantastic time touring the Queen Mary. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience both engaging and informative, sharing fascinating details that really brought the ship’s history to life. It was a memorable and enjoyable tour from start to finish.

Interesting and fun! - The tour guide was very knowledgeable of Queen Mary’s history! He was very patient with a couple of kids in the group that were becoming a problem. We also did a ghost tour with a gal that brought the dramatics to the ghost stories - was so much fun!!

Great Tour - Tanya was fun and informative. Great way to see the Queen Mary. I would highly recommend for all ages.

Lots of Information, but no Glammer! - The guide was wonderful...lots of interesting information. The ship was a disappointment. We were expecting a glorious, Titanic-like, vessel, but it wasn't. There was lots of beautiful wood, but no crystal chandeliers, etc.

Queen Mary - The Queen Mary is a beautiful ship, I would recommend a guided tour over a self guided tour.
