Amazing customer svc & experience - We had a fabulous time on this jet ski excursion! It was the highlight of our trip. Julian & Paris were our guides and Sarah was the trip coordinator at the main office. All 3 were extremely helpful and offered a high level customer service to our large touring group of 9! They even extended our trip which we were happy to compensate for the extra time as well as tips. I highly recommend booking through Waterscape!

Jets ski tour - This is one of the best experiences. I highly recommend to anyone looking to do something different. AJ was an awesome tour guide. He did a great job leading us and we did not feel rushed.

10/10 recommend with AJ - We had a fabulous time on our Jeremiah adventure. It was our first time on a jet ski and I highly recommend it. AJ was a great guide and made us feel at ease and overall had a blast. So glad we got to experience Noah’s Ark (great fish, cutest establishment and awesome service). It was the perfect amount of time and great way to see different spots guided by a local.

Book it - You'll have fun - Had a Great time - Was able to do tour with the whole family. Told guide we wanted just to ride and not stop- He took us all around so we could enjoy the skies and have a good time.

It was a great laid back,... - It was a great laid back, "do your thing" experience and AJ was chill and just did whatever we wanted. Highly recommend!

The tour itself was... - The tour itself was awesome and lots of fun. The communication was rocky and our tour was rescheduled 2x due to weather made it a little frustrating at times. Overall it was a good experience.

Underwhelming Due to Poor Guide - First and foremost, the places you go are all stunning and interesting. Our issue had to do with our guide. He was not hospitable, didn't speak strong English, and failed to take into account we were new jet skiers. The jet skis we used also seemed a bit older and the inspection sticker on ours had expired several months ago. Pretty disappointing given the positive reviews I had read from other travelers. My advise would be to do the same itinerary but with another provider.

Breathtaking scenery, but not as described, and really unprofessional delivery on the day - Experience was not as described. The description details definitely need to be updated as the stops etc aren't accurate. When we arrived 20 minutes before it was due to start, we were told we were in the wrong place. We then spent 20 minutes running back and forth along several businesses, to find out we did actually start in the right place. Nobody had heard of the business name advertised on here, which was worrying. There was then no safety briefing etc, we were just asked if we'd used a jetski before, and then he just took off at speed. Luckily we were ok as it was pretty choppy in places, but the guide didn't seem to care about our welfare at all. There were only two of us on the tour, so it wasn't a lot for him to manage. We got to the shipwreck. He took a quick photo of us, then we set off again. The description mentioned snorkeling here, and jumping off the ship. Neither was offered. Then we went over to Iguana Island. We spent about 20 minutes on here, he took a few pics of us on the beach, then we went off again, to Noah's Ark. We then got to Noah's Ark bar within a couple of minutes. We got a drink each and sat down. We then noticed our guide jump on our jet-ski and disappear. 30 minutes later we were starting to worry as he had the key for his jet-ski when he took our jet-ski, so we had no way of leaving the bar. We were just about to approach the bar staff and ask for the details of the water taxi, but then he reappeared. He came upto us, said "10 more minutes" then disappeared again with a random group of guys. Noah's Ark is ok, but after one drink we were ready to leave and see more sights. In terms of pricing and payment, we were charged $48 for 2 rum and cokes, and they do accept card payments. Bottles of beer were priced at $9 each. He came back 10 minutes later, then we quickly drove back to the starting point, and it was over. It was a shorter experience than advertised. The scenery was breathtaking, it is a gorgeous place to jet-ski, but the actual experience itself for what we paid, was Firstly, not as advertised, and also really unprofessionally ran. It felt as though the guide has plans, and just fits tours in around them, and seems to think it's ok to just abandon people at Noah's Ark whilst he goes off and does other things. I'd have much rather had 15 minutes at Noah's Ark, and do more jet-skiing, especially considering the shipwreck bit appears to be cut short.

Sketchy Experience. Do Not Book. - Waterscape Adventures TC cancelled on us the night before without reason. Luckily, we found another company able to accommodate us day of. I would not recommend booking this excursion. The directions to the meeting point are unclear, and the phone number listed does not work. The whole experience was rather sketchy.
