Mike was very interesting and informative!
I think that Mike did a great job letting us see the area, and had great stories to tell, nicely mixing personal experiences with deep knowledge of Camden and its history
Mike was fantastic. The tour and visit we made war perfect, and his stories perfectly matching with our expectations. A very interesting moment. thank you, Chris & Pascale
Mike was an excellent guide and I enjoyed the tour from start to finish. Looking forward to go on the Brick Lane tour!
We were on a study-trip with 32 University College-students from Belgium in London last week. We booked for the 6th consecutive year one or more tours with Sockmobevents.org.uk. This was the 4th time that we did the Camden Tour with guide Mike. And Though the weather on Wednesday 22 March AM was really bad, it was an excellent tour again. Nothing better than a native inhabitant of the neighbourhood to teach you all about Camden! Thx, Mike! Luc and Kris
I don't think I (or the 2 others accompanying me) have enjoyed a tour so much. Mike was very knowledgeable enthusiastic and captivating. The time we spent with Mike was extended slightly (he checked that this was okay with us), but it flew by. It was so interesting to hear all the stories and see the different sights, as well as to hear Mike's experiences with being homeless. We have already recommended this tour to someone who loves punk music. And I would recommend it to anyone.
Mike was a super nice person that really provided what we expected; insights and knowledge from someone that lived in London and has many stories to tell and who is himself an interesting person. Therefore I can only recommend it!
We loved the tour and thought mike was amazing. We loved it so much that we will book another tour with Mike in the summer and bring some friends.
our guide, Mike, was a great tour guide, giving insights into Camden, its history and residents. Mike's story and resilience has been also inspirational. We recommend anyone interested in Camden or homeless issues to go and do this tour!
Mike is amazing! He is such a patient gentleman and knows everything about Camden!

We had a great tour with Mike, even if it was a very cold afternoon Mike warmed up our time with his great stories and rock & roll adventures. Thanks a lot Mike!
It was not just a tour, for me all Mike told us from his humanity and humility, it was a life lesson. He gave us such a personal and deeply view of Camden, telling us all the amazing history and such an personal stories from him and all the musicians and famous life around the area.
We booked Rock and Roll Contrasts with Mike the Mod but the person that turned up was called Nelly and seemed to only be interested in street art. The biggest contrast was between what we signed up for and what we actually got. In my view this was completely mid-sold. I'm waiting for three days before posting a review on Trip Advisor, please feel free to comment in the meantime.
Mike was a very good tour leader. We visited interesting places and heard great stories about the area. Will definetly book again one of the tours next time in London. Thanks Mike for the great tour. Daniel
Mike was very informative and engaging in the way he carried out the tour. He had a very in depth musical background and could relate it to the various places in Camden, both rich and poor. Has given me a new insight into Camden, even though I have been there numerous times.
