Perfect Day In London

Victoria and Albert Museum
Visit the V&A in the morning--nothing like wandering one of London's most beautiful museums just before the crowds arrive.
Borough Market
For lunch, go to Kappacasein's stand for the best grilled cheese in the world--no exaggeration. It is, without a doubt, one of the best things I've eaten in my life. After that, try some cheesecake, and then potstickers for--for lack of a better term--second lunch. Might as well indulge in a second dessert too. Borough Market is essentially any foodie's paradise.
Shakespeare's Globe
Catch a matinee performance at Shakespeare's Globe. Unsurprisingly, The Globe is home to some of the best live theater in the city, and indeed the world. You really can't go wrong no matter what play you see. Experience the show as a groundling, or pay a bit more to sit down. Be sure to visit the gift shop after; you won't walk out empty-handed.
Bibimbap Soho
Go to Bibimbap Soho for dinner. If you don't mind waiting in a queue, wander around Soho before dinner. Otherwise, get there early to avoid the dinner crowd; it's a popular spot, and the food is great.
Scala
See a concert or go to a club night at Scala! It's just down the street from King's Cross St. Pancras, and very easy to find. Club nights are pretty fun, as it has several different rooms, and a variety of indie music.
I would stay at: Millennium Bailey's Hotel London Kensington
South Kensington is beautiful, the hotel's right next to Gloucester Road tube, and it's walking distance from the museums (V&A, Science, and Natural History).
