Excellent tour with interesting, informative and fun guide. Heard and saw some things we didn't expect. Hearing Viv's lived experiences was definitely the the most significant part of the tour.

Nobody turned up. Paid in full in advance. Had no contact details for the tour guide or any number to call. So no walk as planned. Poor!! Still need to get a refund.

It's hard for me to write this because I really like the company's purpose. Viv was close to 15 minutes late from the top of the hour. There didn't seem to be any consistency to her storytelling and was interjected with her personal distaste of Boris Johnson and a capitalist society. I did find her personal homeless experience insightful and helpful - it would have been helpful to hear about organisations that helped her get back on her feet. Some of the locations she stopped at seemed a bit odd. For example, she took us into the Savoy to look at the lavatory and wash our hands. Earlier in the tour, she took us into Somerset House and advised us to use the handicapped toilets so we didn't have to wait in the queu. Furthermore, because Viv was late she ended the tour late and this is when it get awkward: Viv asked for tips and when I said I had made a donation online beforehand and then subsequently showed her the Covid-19 FAQ on Unseen Tours website, Viv said that money didn't go to her and suggested I tip directly to her via a QR code "Tip Jar". Overall, I would not recommend this tour to others.
