Driver’s name, phone number, and vehicle details will be sent within 12 hours of your scheduled pick-up via email, text, or WhatsApp. Please contact us if these details are not received. For optimal experience, providing a mobile number available on WhatsApp or iMessage is recommended, as these channels are often the most reliable for updates. The driver will confirm their exact arrival time and provide live updates via WhatsApp or iMessage. Ensure your phone is on after landing for smooth coordination. If issues arise, contact the office or driver using the provided details.
Meeting Points – Heathrow Airport
The pick-up location at Heathrow Airport depends on your terminal. Drivers offer a meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall at the designated meeting point, holding a board with your name for easy identification. Each terminal has a specific meeting point:
- Terminal 2: WHSmith (Arrivals Hall)
- Terminal 3: Caffè Nero (Arrivals Hall)
- Terminal 4: Costa Coffee (Arrivals Hall)

If you cannot find your driver, stay at the meeting point and call the provided number.
Waiting Time Policy
Understanding that passport control and baggage claim can take time, the policy allows for generous waiting:
- Free Waiting Time: 75 minutes from actual landing time, including 60 minutes at the meeting point plus an additional 15 minutes grace.
- Extended Waiting: If passengers do not show within 75 minutes, extended waiting fees apply per 15-minute slot, based on vehicle category: Saloon: £12.50, MPV/Executive: £15.00, Large MPV/Business MPV/Luxury: £17.50. These fees cover parking and driver time. Payment can be made in cash to the driver or by card via a secure payment link.
- Communication During Delays: Notify your driver immediately in case of major delays at passport control or baggage reclaim to avoid confusion.
- No-Show: If after 90 minutes from landing the passenger is uncontactable or fails to show at the meeting point, the booking will be classified as a no-show, and a refund will not be possible.
Meet & Greet & Luggage Assistance
The driver will meet you at the designated point, assist with luggage, and escort you to the vehicle, ensuring a comfortable experience.
Service Coverage
This service is valid one-way between Heathrow Airport and Central London. The standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London may incur an additional fee. If unsure whether your address qualifies, please contact us in advance for confirmation and pricing.
Luggage Allowance
The fleet is designed to comfortably accommodate passengers and their luggage. Allowances per vehicle type are:
- Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.
- MPV: Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons.
- Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons.
- Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons.

Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack. Oversized luggage like surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles may not fit in standard vehicles. If total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be necessary for comfort and safety. It is crucial to inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting.
Service Limitations
We are not liable for missed or cancelled flights. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, it will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and a new booking will be required. Gratuities are not included in the fare and are at your discretion. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation depends on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
