Very Helpful Staff - Wassim - I had lost my tickets and was feeling quite stressed, but Wassim was incredibly helpful! He quickly issued new tickets for us and even took the time to advise us on the next sightseeing journey. His kindness and professionalism really made our day. Communicate with the sign number - The signs at the stops don’t tell which route, blue, red etc. The best stop was at the Tower Bridge where Fuad sorted everything out including the best information about a local WC.

quiet for the visit - very well but rotten welcome hard to find the stop at coven garden and we wanted to do blue circuit we had no choice we had to do red hello for the very expensive price

Shop around - Most drivers nice, commentary was terrible, service overall was terrible, shop around for better alternatives as they are not providing a decent service and are charging a fortune.

Bad Walking Tour - Ema from the harry potter walking tour asked if there were Americans in the tour, and then pointed out to the group that the first movie title was changed due to Americans not being able to understand the title. This is not only untrue upon researching the reason for the change, but clearly inappropriate. The actual bus tour was insightful, otherwise it would be no stars.

Stay away from Big Bus Tours. - Totally disorganized and screaming rude employees.Found the bus luckily,was given the wrong bus stop number by company..Showed driver my printed info and he told me somebody during the day will give me what I need..We got off at Tower of London stop and went to the Tower. Waited in line only to find out our printed ticket was no good! The Big Bus didn’t give me our entrance tickets! Needless to say after purchasing tickets once again from the Tower of London we gained entry. We went back to our bus stop and tried to talk to the bus driver showing the bus driver our confirmation when interrupted by a loud obnoxious rude attendant telling me to show my bus ticket.I showed my confirmation and he said that’s for Tower of London. Get your bus ticket now hurry up. In turn I told him he was very rude and who did he think he was yelling at me in the most intimidating way.I hope that I receive a refund for the abuse and misconduct and misinformation I received that day. Stay away from this company .A response from Trip Advisor and a refund is what is needed. on the way back on bus the attendant gave me my tickets for the Tower of London after the day was done, I told him I should have received them in the am.Nit when the day was done!

Fatal - Fatal service Very few buses and were very slow to arrive The salesman offered us a service that was not real and at 4:30 we tried to get on the bus and the driver did not let us talk in very bad ways after 45 minutes waiting

A 2. Chace against but that was a mistake. BigBus is not recommended!!!! - Big Bus is not on time at all. The Bigbus employee at the London Eye this morning was very aggressive and cheeky. Asked him why the bus standing in the rain doesn't come after 30 minutes and he just snapped at me.

In front of most monuments, commentators simply name them. There is music or inep jokes - The tour is interesting but not the comments. In front of most monuments, commentators simply name them. Er aside from that, there is music or inept jokes. There are no different circuits. We have to pay the maximum price.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PACKAGE - We did not even get to go! Totally ruined our one day in London! *DO NOT PURCHASE THIS COMBO* I spent over an hour at the gate of the Tower of London trying to use my tickets that I purchased and was refused entry. I called the company and they said this package is no longer available and that they have told trip advisor to stop selling it. So we did not get into the Tower of London, we did not get on the hop on hop off bus tour and we didn’t get the river cruise but Tip Advisor absolutely took the money for all three tickets that cost us almost $300 I contacted customer service and still couldn’t get them to help me all they would do is put a REQUEST in for a refund. I am completely disappointed in Trip Advisor, we use to use them for so many of our tours and tickets when traveling but we will never use them again if they do not make this right!
