Dripping in history and stories - A fantastic experience dripping in history with visually stunning buildings and exhibits. The general entry gets you though the gates and you are free to roam. Get the guided tour headphone sets which will guide you around. It will take around 3hrs to take it all in, bring comfy shoes as you will be walking on cobblestones and up and down steps. Take in one of the yeoman warder tours for a bit of entertainment and the new cafe is well worth a visit for a lunch. All in, a must see on any trip to London. It helped that the weather was good when we visited as the outside experiences all all part of it.

A walk through a millennium of history - The Tower of London is an atmospheric journey through Britain’s gritty and glittering history. Walking the cobbled grounds and listen as a Yeoman Warder regales you with the castle’s dark tales of intrigue and execution tinged their quintessential British wit. The undeniable highlight of the visit is the Crown Jewels. Housed in the high-security Jewel House. Seeing the Imperial State Crown sparkle under precision lighting is a truly breath-taking, "pinch-me" moment.

Very enjoyable - I booked through Pelago as I had a discount voucher to use. It is very expensive but enjoyable. I last came here as a child! Enjoyed all the history and I liked the way things flow even though it was busy. Allow at least 2 hours if not more if you want to really read the history. A must see in UK.

The staff are the Crown Jewels of the Crown Jewels! - The Crown Jewels of the Crown Jewels On a cold January day, this American Anglophile popped into the Tower of London for the first time since high school—36 years later. While in the Crown Jewels gallery, I struck up a conversation with two employees and received the greatest gift of my trip. For 45 minutes, Holly and Luis entertained, educated, and thoughtfully answered every question I had. It was extraordinary. My grandparents met in England during WWII (an American nurse and doctor), and Great Britain has held a special place in my family’s heart for over 80 years. That history made this moment even more meaningful. Holly and Luis—thank you so very much for your time, generosity, and knowledge. You truly made my entire trip, and I’m forever grateful. Run, don’t walk, to the Tower of London to see the Crown Jewels. The history is absolutely fascinating—especially when shared through the stories and anecdotes of such knowledgeable and passionate docents. For most of the conversation I spoke with Luis, who was generous enough to insist I mention Holly as well, who had to move stations — both were warm, welcoming and positively outstanding!

Incredible history brought to life - Visiting the Tower of London was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. The history is fascinating, from the medieval walls to the stories of kings, queens, and prisoners. Seeing the Crown Jewels in person was a real highlight. The Yeoman Warders were engaging and full of great stories, making the tour both educational and entertaining. We booked our tickets through saverseats.store, which made everything quick and easy. A must-see attraction when visiting London.

Don’t skip the tour! - Our yeoman warder tour guide was a pro—a talented stand-up comedian as well as a font of fascinating information. I did the Tower on my own a few months ago and did this tour my second time (for my husband’s first visit) and would suggest anyone sign up. It sets you up for time spent on our own on the Tower grounds after the tour.

Best Bargain Tour in London - We booked the Tower of London tour not really expecting such a wonderful experience. Not only were we thoroughly pleased with the history and majesty of the Tower, the Beefeaters tour is the gem of the tour. We wee very lucky to have as our guide Beefeater Extraordinaire Chris Skaife, who was informative, entertaining and captivating. We were also lucky enough to be there on a day with very few tourists, so access to all the towers and the Crown Jewels was easy peasy. If ever back in London: will gladly book this tour again.
