Excellent - Boat trip was exactly as advertised. Queuing and departure well organised. Lice commentary was both informative and hilarious. Definitrlt one of the highlights of our family trip to London.

Highly recommend for a quick enjoyable trip. - This is the best way to get to Tower of London from Westminster area. Comfortable, easy, 30 min narrated ride. Very funny and informative. You can get off at Tower Bridge and then return later (last boat around 4:30) using same ticket.

Great experience on the Thames - We were traveling with a group of over 70 people. Everything went wonderfully. The booking, including the communication around it, the boarding, and the tour itself. Many thanks also to the great guide who explained and described the sightseeing spots live.

Boaty McBoat fun - Fab river cruise. The commentary from the lad on board was informative and fun, actually very funny. Gutted we had to get off at Tower Bridge 😂. Boat was on time, boarding quick and efficient. Clean and plenty of space on a busy bank holiday.

Not child friendly - The tour operator was very rude Tried to rush us to get in and out of the boat . As we rushed we lost my one year olds shoe. Also because it was a return tickets I thought we will go to the destination then return back without changing the boat. Unfortunately this was not the case. When we reached our destination we had to get out and get another boat to return causing inconvinience specially being with little ones.
