Customers should select their pickup time carefully and provide all necessary details, such as the flight number, during the booking process. Business class and fast track passengers may request a pickup time 35 minutes after the flight lands, while all other passengers may request their pickup time 60 minutes after landing. We offer a 30-minute free waiting period at the airport from the pre-arranged pickup time.

Kings Cross and St Pancras Station Pickup: The pickup/drop-off point is at Pancras Road. Passengers must call when ready for collection, as drivers are not permitted to park and wait in this area. We recommend passengers provide a mobile number with the international dialing code on the booking form. For example, US - 001, AUS - 0061.

Please allow a minimum of 2 hours travel time between the airport and the stations.
