Customers should select their pickup time carefully and provide all necessary details, such as the flight number, during the booking process. Business class and fast-track passengers may request pickup 40 minutes after landing, while other passengers can choose pickup times 60, 90, or 120 minutes post-landing. A 25-minute free waiting period is offered from the requested pickup time. If more time is needed to reach the arrival hall, passengers should contact the service within 40 minutes of joining the immigration line to ensure the driver waits.

Booking the incorrect vehicle type may lead to a non-refundable late cancellation.

Waiting charges: A 25-minute free waiting period is provided from the requested pickup time, with a £10.00 charge for every additional 15 minutes. Hotel pickups include a 10-minute free waiting period.

Waiting charges, last-minute vehicle upgrade charges, or a 50% surcharge on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day are payable to the driver in cash.

• If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
