Customers should be ready and waiting at the hotel lobby’s concierge desk at the confirmed pick-up time, which is 2 hours before their train leaves. If the pick-up location is a private address, the driver will make contact by buzzing the apartment or dialling a contact number, depending on what’s needed.

• Luggage Restrictions: Large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs (excluding foldable) & golf bags are not permitted under any circumstances. Likewise, any excessive luggage requirements of more than airline standard of 1 suitcase and one carry on per passenger should be checked with Airport Transfers at time of booking.
