Best day out in decades - Best museum I have ever visited, it truly left me overawed I had the joy of attending the Gerry Anderson display and it was an awesome experience, 4K upscale films, more toys and comics than I knew existed and I have been collecting both since the 70s. I am old enough to remember the brilliant MOMI and lamented it's demise, but, the museum of brands more than fills it's huge gap. Can't recommend it enough and will return next week...

Excellent Museum - An international school group from Paris. We really enjoyed the trip to London and the Brands Museum, although compact, was really stimulating and we know we got our money's worth given we stayed 2 hours. Thank you to the whole team

Nicely done, also interesting and entertaining - Well, we went to the museum because it was within walking distance of our hotel and Portbello Road and we had 21/2 hours left.
The cafe offers nice cakes and snacks, coffee and decent tea at civilian prices. The lady at the service was super nice.
Also the ladies at the museum box office
We were in the permanent exhibition. This shows brands, packaging and products, including newspapers and magazines in historical order. Very interesting, even for non-British high recognition value.
Due to time constraints only a sniff into the special exhibition “Science Fiction”.
Good undertaking for about 2-3 hours.

FAB! - Visited the Museum of Brands for the first time to see the Thunderbirds/Space 1999 exhibition, having been a major fan in childhood! What a joy to behold all the stuff collected and displayed - a real going back in time journey of joy.
It was really well put together and a treasure trove for Gerry Anderson fans, old and new, to see. And that wasn't all… delighted to take a tour of the rest of the museum and the phenomenal amount of artefacts on display. It really does open your eyes to our history and relation to shopping, eating, styles, fashion, TV! Almost exhausting to take it all in.
A great place for the family to spend time and great value too.

So nostalgic. - Must see if only for the nostalgia. Easy walk from Ladbroke Grove tube. Packed full of branded stuff. You literally will see things that bring back memories. Great cafe too.

Fun finding out how brands have evolved in the UK over time - This is a fun place, but can be overwhelming with so many thousands of objects to see. For youngsters it’s a history lesson and could be really helpful for some school work or finding out about grandparents lives through brands. It’s amazing how so many items have been brought together, eg the different Fairy Liquid bottles over the last 50 years. Good for a couple of hours especially going as a small group with different generations.
