Good place to stow your... - Good place to stow your bags before check in. Location is away from the craziness at the Royal Mile.

Convenient - Our flight arrived at 8:30am, and check-in wasn’t until 1:00pm. We dropped off our luggage and explored the city for several hours. The location was very convenient for us, only 10min walk to our AirBnb. It was worth the money!

Saviour for the trip - It was good, however the person was not able to recognise the booking from Viator app at first instance.

Great service! - It was easy and super convenient. We used this device to fly to n Ireland with less baggage as we were traveling for a month. Good deal!

Simple and a great value - I dropped my golf clubs travel bag off at Luggage Point at Edinburgh Airport. They kept them in good order from Wednesday until Sunday night, helping me really enjoy the first few days of my Scotland/Ireland trip before the golf portion. The staff was great, drop off and pick up easy, and the place was vey secure. I had no worries at all and found it to be a great value.

Waste of money - very dissatisfied with the level of communication - This is a terrible service you took my money and the address of the luggage storage was not provided for us by email. I had trouble getting into the app. A waste of money as I did never find to stashed storage location I had prepaid for. Really you should provide me with a refund

Not worth the money and obviously not where they say it is.... - We came to store our luggage where we wanted to store it near the station Premier Inn. Last minute email said a different place, got to Premier Inn they said this was a regular occurrence people turning up unannounced and not knowing of the second destination. Said wouldn't bother making it to I think it was Rose Street, as they could be the same, and also they had no record of us. We already had a taxi drop us off there, so then we had to think about where we were supposed to be. I am disabled another Taxi??? Or walk. We gave up on it as we had to catch a train, which we missed and then had a taxi out to the port for a boat ride which was booked that day. Complete mess. Next time I will leave at the station. How can you advertise one place and send you to another? Hence paid for something we didn't use and dragged the luggage to the boat.

Dreadful - We booked to store our luggage with Viator close to the station. Despite an email and Viator app confirmation for the booking location we requested when we got there the Premier inn hotel had no record of this. They said the problem was with Viator and there was nothing that could be done. It turned out the third party had changed our location but we were not informed. Travelling with family and bags on a short time frame this was very disappointing. I would not recommend using Viator to book luggage storage.

Bus Station lockers cheapest in Edinburgh. - Don't use the railway station or any of the shops. USE THE BUS STATION LOCKERS, much cheaper, easily accessible and various sizes.
